農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送中心選址圖解法研究

【摘要】:中央連續(xù)幾年把解決好“三農(nóng)”問題作為重要的工作問題,,現(xiàn)代的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送體系為發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)提供重要保障。高效的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送體系主要取決于配送中心的選址問題,科學(xué)合理的選址方案對(duì)提高配送中心各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營指標(biāo)效率具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。選址問題涉及很多因素,屬于NP問題,選址的模型算法大多非常復(fù)雜,而其他的評(píng)價(jià)方法人為因素過多,因此有部分學(xué)者將GIS引用到配送中心選址中,使選址過程更加直觀,但這種可視化的過程并未從根本上將圖解運(yùn)用到選址優(yōu)化中。因此本文研究一種圖解選址方案來解決大規(guī)模多農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址問題,包括以下三個(gè)步驟: (1)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域劃分。研究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域劃分基本問題及配送區(qū)域劃分一般方法,選擇兩維圖論聚類方法并結(jié)合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送時(shí)間窗,將一個(gè)大規(guī)模農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域劃分為多個(gè)小規(guī)模農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域; (2)研究圖解方法,選擇各農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送中心位置。針對(duì)配送中心選址問題,首先分析概括選址的原則和影響因素,綜合運(yùn)輸成本和土地成本,建立配送中心選址圖解模型,得出成本最小位置。從而初始確定各小規(guī)模農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域的配送中心位置; (3)存在兩配送中心問題探討。由于物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的增加有可能會(huì)提升物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和價(jià)值,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,因此針對(duì)各小規(guī)模農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送區(qū)域,探討是否存在兩配送中心問題。首先分析物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和網(wǎng)絡(luò)價(jià)值,提出兩中心探討的必要性;然后運(yùn)用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)條件下物流中心確定模型,確定第二個(gè)配送中心位置;最后構(gòu)建成本模型,將單配送中心和兩配送中心下發(fā)生的成本情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證兩個(gè)中心是否可能存在。最終確定規(guī)劃區(qū)域內(nèi),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的數(shù)量和位置。 最后,論文運(yùn)用包頭市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該圖解選址方案進(jìn)行實(shí)例模擬,驗(yàn)證方案的可行性。 論文研究旨在針對(duì)大規(guī)模多農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心的選址問題,運(yùn)用圖論聚類等技術(shù),提出一種農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送中心圖解的選址方案,使配送中心選址更加直觀,為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃提供新的方法,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:For several years in a row, the Central Committee has taken the "three agricultural" issues as an important work issue. Modern agricultural product logistics distribution system provides an important guarantee for the development of modern agriculture. Efficient agricultural product logistics distribution system mainly depends on the location of distribution center. The scientific and reasonable location scheme has important practical significance to improve the efficiency of the operation index of distribution center. The location problem involves many factors, which belongs to NP problem, and the model algorithm of location selection is very complex. However, there are too many artificial factors in other evaluation methods, so some scholars quote GIS into the location of distribution center, which makes the location process more intuitive. However, this visualization process has not been fundamentally applied to the location optimization. Therefore, this paper studies a graphical location scheme to solve the location problem of large scale multi-farm product distribution center. This consists of the following three steps: This paper studies the basic problems of agricultural product distribution region division and the general method of distribution area division, selects the two-dimension graph theory clustering method and combines with the time window of agricultural product logistics distribution. A large-scale agricultural product distribution area is divided into a plurality of small-scale agricultural product distribution areas; 2) study the graphic method and choose the location of the distribution center of agricultural products. In view of the location problem of distribution center, firstly analyze the principles and influencing factors of the location, comprehensive transportation cost and land cost. The location diagram model of distribution center is established, and the location of the distribution center of each small agricultural product distribution area is initially determined. Because the increase of logistics node may enhance the scale and value of logistics network and increase economic benefit, so the distribution area of small scale agricultural products is aimed at. This paper discusses whether there are two distribution centers. Firstly, it analyzes the scale and value of logistics network, and puts forward the necessity of discussing the two centers. Then the location of the second distribution center is determined by using the model of the logistics center under the competitive condition. Finally, the cost model is constructed to compare the cost situation between the single distribution center and the two distribution centers, to verify whether the two centers are likely to exist, and finally determine the planning area. Finally, the paper uses Baotou agricultural product logistics data to simulate the schematic location selection scheme and verify the feasibility of the scheme. The purpose of this paper is to put forward a graphic location scheme for distribution center of agricultural products by means of graph theory clustering and so on, in order to make the location of distribution center more intuitionistic. To provide a new method for the planning of agricultural products logistics network, it has certain theoretical significance and practical guidance.
