煤炭利用的環(huán)境影響及節(jié)能減排潛力研究

【摘要】:隨著生產(chǎn)力的不斷發(fā)展,環(huán)境問題已成為人們共同面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。煤炭在燃燒過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生二氧化硫等有毒氣體和二氧化碳等溫室氣體,這些氣體的大量排放,使得全球氣候逐漸變暖,,大氣環(huán)境遭到污染甚至帶來了霧霾天氣,這嚴(yán)重威脅著人類的生存和發(fā)展。因此,對于我國這樣一個(gè)以煤為主要能源的國家,研究煤炭利用的環(huán)境影響和節(jié)能減排潛力,將會(huì)進(jìn)一步豐富可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,為我國合理分配節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)提供重要的依據(jù),將對我國實(shí)現(xiàn)碳減排承諾,解決環(huán)境污染問題、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康具有重要意義。 本文使用我國2003-2012年的面板數(shù)據(jù),通過面板單位根檢驗(yàn)、面板協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、面板模型估計(jì)、面板格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn),分析我國煤炭利用對廢氣、二氧化硫和煙粉塵排放的環(huán)境影響;以火力發(fā)電和鋼鐵行業(yè)為例,通過燃煤發(fā)電能耗指標(biāo)、燃煤供電能耗指標(biāo)將我國火電行業(yè)的能耗與日本進(jìn)行對比,通過噸鋼綜合能耗指標(biāo)、工序能耗指標(biāo)、噸鋼可比能耗指標(biāo)將我國鋼鐵行業(yè)的能耗與國際先進(jìn)水平進(jìn)行對比,測算了我國燃煤行業(yè)在煤炭利用環(huán)節(jié)的節(jié)能減排潛力。 研究結(jié)果表明:我國的煤炭利用對環(huán)境污染造成了影響,尤其體現(xiàn)在大氣污染方面,由于我國煤炭消費(fèi)量基數(shù)比較大,積累的環(huán)境影響比較明顯;同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)我國燃煤行業(yè)的能耗較高,煤炭利用的節(jié)能減排潛力較大,通過煤炭利用環(huán)節(jié)的能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排,進(jìn)而達(dá)到減少環(huán)境污染的目的。因此,我國需要通過能源技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,實(shí)施能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和提高煤炭利用效率雙管齊下的能源政策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of productivity, environmental problems have become a common challenge. Coal combustion process will produce toxic gases such as sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide, such as greenhouse gases, these gases emissions. The global climate is gradually warming, the atmospheric environment is polluted and even haze weather, which is a serious threat to the survival and development of human beings. Therefore, for our country, coal is the main energy source. To study the environmental impact of coal utilization and the potential of energy saving and emission reduction will further enrich the theory of sustainable development, provide an important basis for the rational allocation of energy saving and emission reduction targets in China, and achieve carbon emission reduction commitments to China. It is of great significance to solve the problem of environmental pollution and promote the sustainable health of economy. In this paper, we use the panel data from 2003-2012, through panel unit root test, panel cointegration test, panel model estimation, panel Granger causality test. The environmental impact of coal utilization on exhaust gas, sulfur dioxide and smoke dust emission in China is analyzed. Taking thermal power generation and iron and steel industry as an example, the energy consumption index of coal-fired power generation and coal-fired power supply industry is compared with that of Japan, and the energy consumption index of thermal power industry in China is compared with that of Japan. The comprehensive energy consumption index of tons of steel and the energy consumption index of working procedure are compared. The energy consumption of China's iron and steel industry is compared with the international advanced level, and the energy saving and emission reduction potential of coal burning industry in China is calculated by comparing the relative energy consumption index of tons of steel with that of the international advanced level. The results show that: the coal utilization in China has an impact on environmental pollution, especially in the air pollution, because the coal consumption base of our country is relatively large, the accumulated environmental impact is obvious; At the same time, it is found that the energy consumption of coal industry in China is high, the potential of energy saving and emission reduction of coal utilization is great, and energy saving and emission reduction can be realized through the innovation of energy technology in coal utilization link. In order to reduce environmental pollution, our country should adopt energy technology innovation, implement energy structure adjustment and improve coal utilization efficiency.
