【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化具有集聚和擴(kuò)散效應(yīng),是擴(kuò)大有效內(nèi)需、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要動力。但一些地方政府追求短期政績,缺乏長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,不惜侵害群眾利益,人為造城、土地城鎮(zhèn)化、死城鬼城、強(qiáng)制征地、強(qiáng)拆房屋等亂象頻現(xiàn),社會矛盾日益尖銳。加快推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化既是湖北統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)的必然選擇,也是加快推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化的重要途徑,更是全面建成小康社會的內(nèi)在要求。
[Abstract]:Urbanization has the effect of agglomeration and diffusion, which is an important driving force to expand effective domestic demand and promote economic growth. However, some local governments pursue short-term achievements, lack long-term planning, do not hesitate to infringe on the interests of the masses, and build cities artificially. Land urbanization, dead city ghost city, forced land requisition, forced demolition of houses and other chaotic phenomena, social contradictions are increasingly acute. Accelerating the promotion of new urbanization is the inevitable choice of urban and rural areas in Hubei. It is also an important way to speed up the development of new-type industrialization, and is also the inherent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
