【摘要】:隨著居民生活水平提高,作為提供優(yōu)質(zhì)蛋白的水產(chǎn)品受到了越來(lái)越多的青睞,其質(zhì)量安全也成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。水產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)主要依靠冷鏈物流,冷鏈物流體系的發(fā)展不僅對(duì)于保障食品安全意義重大,而且在促進(jìn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)增收和提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面也尤為重要。物流節(jié)點(diǎn)是水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的重要組成部分,物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的科學(xué)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)有助于完善物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),提高水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流效率。 批發(fā)市場(chǎng)作為水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的節(jié)點(diǎn),它能有效的推動(dòng)水產(chǎn)品流通渠道參與主體規(guī)范化、規(guī);;同時(shí)也有利于水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控、價(jià)格的穩(wěn)定、信息的流通,能夠最大限度的解決流通渠道層次過(guò)多,環(huán)節(jié)過(guò)長(zhǎng)的問(wèn)題。另外,批發(fā)市場(chǎng)集水產(chǎn)品批發(fā)、零售、保鮮、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、加工、運(yùn)輸為一體,直接面向生產(chǎn)者、中間商以及最終消費(fèi)者,有效的減少了水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的流通環(huán)節(jié),促進(jìn)了水產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的繁榮和發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)分析水產(chǎn)品流通渠道的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,批發(fā)市場(chǎng)的功能確定了批發(fā)市場(chǎng)是水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)。 但是目前我國(guó)水產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)仍然存在很多問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題在很大程度上影響了水產(chǎn)品的流通和市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。本文創(chuàng)新性的提出了以批發(fā)市場(chǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中心是批發(fā)市場(chǎng)的升級(jí)和延伸并在灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析與多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于灰色-多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中心規(guī)劃及設(shè)計(jì)模型。從經(jīng)營(yíng)及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、技術(shù)及裝備、組織管理與創(chuàng)新增長(zhǎng)三個(gè)方面對(duì)基于批發(fā)市場(chǎng)的水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中心提出規(guī)劃建議,并從數(shù)據(jù)分析、營(yíng)運(yùn)流程及信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)與細(xì)節(jié)規(guī)劃、硬件設(shè)施及配套信息提供的銜接方面對(duì)水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中心提出設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards, aquatic products, which provide high quality protein, have been more and more popular, and their quality and safety have become the focus of attention. The supply of aquatic products mainly depends on cold-chain logistics. The development of cold chain logistics system is not only important to ensure food safety. Logistics node is an important part of aquatic product cold chain logistics, and the scientific planning and design of logistics node is helpful to improve logistics network. Improve aquatic product cold chain logistics efficiency. As the node of aquatic product cold chain logistics, wholesale market can effectively promote the standardization and scale of aquatic product circulation channel. At the same time, it is also conducive to the quality monitoring of aquatic products, price stability, information circulation, can solve the problem of excessive distribution channels, too long links. In addition, wholesale markets collect aquatic products wholesale, retail. Fresh storage, storage, processing, transportation as one, directly facing producers, middlemen and final consumers, effectively reduce the circulation of aquatic products cold chain logistics links. Based on the analysis of the structure and present situation of aquatic product circulation channel, the function of wholesale market determines that the wholesale market is the key node of aquatic product cold chain logistics. However, there are still many problems in the construction of aquatic products wholesale market in China. These problems affect the circulation of aquatic products and the development of the market to a great extent. This paper innovatively proposes that the aquatic products cold chain logistics center based on wholesale market is the upgrade and extension of wholesale market and the grey relation. On the basis of degree analysis and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the planning and design model of aquatic product cold chain logistics center is constructed based on gray-multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Technical and equipment, organizational management and innovation growth three aspects of aquatic product cold chain logistics center based on wholesale market planning recommendations, and from the data analysis, operation process and information system design. Project design and detailed planning, hardware facilities and supporting information to provide interface for aquatic products cold chain logistics center design recommendations.
