【摘要】：處于知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代下的各行各業(yè)，客戶對物流服務(wù)的要求越來越高，需求也越來越復(fù)雜，物流企業(yè)面臨著從傳統(tǒng)型向現(xiàn)代型轉(zhuǎn)型的挑戰(zhàn)。在這個轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中，知識型要素成為物流企業(yè)發(fā)展致勝的戰(zhàn)略性資源。而如何把握住這個戰(zhàn)略性資源，則成了物流企業(yè)所面臨的一個問題，也是本文的研究目的所在。 本文主要在Web2.0環(huán)境下對物流企業(yè)的知識共享模式展開研究。主要內(nèi)容與成果如下所述： 首先，在前文的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)分析出具有一般性的Web2.0環(huán)境下基于SECI模型的企業(yè)知識共享模式，并結(jié)合物流企業(yè)的特性對該模式進(jìn)行了拓展，構(gòu)建了Web2.0環(huán)境下物流企業(yè)螺旋型知識共享模式； 其次，分別從縱向角度物流企業(yè)外部知識的內(nèi)化和橫向角度物流企業(yè)員工隱性知識的顯化對物流企業(yè)螺旋型知識共享模式進(jìn)行了拓展分析，分別探討了物流企業(yè)外部知識的內(nèi)化方式和隱性知識的顯化方式，，并將其與傳統(tǒng)型知識共享模式進(jìn)行比較，總結(jié)了其相較于傳統(tǒng)型方式的優(yōu)勢； 最后，結(jié)合上文提出的共享模式建立一種依托Web2.0的平等、合作、自組織的螺旋型知識共享機(jī)制，并選取了一個案例來研究該模式的可行性。 本文的學(xué)術(shù)價值在于對企業(yè)知識共享模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析，找出其中一般性，結(jié)合物流企業(yè)特性，構(gòu)建了Web2.0環(huán)境下物流企業(yè)的螺旋型知識共享模式。該模式與以往的共享方式相比，首先，知識傳遞方式不再局限于人與人直接的知識傳遞，產(chǎn)生了新的人——計算機(jī)——人的知識傳遞方式，這種方式既方便重組現(xiàn)有的顯性知識，又利于員工知識的顯化，創(chuàng)造出更多更復(fù)雜的知識。其次，該模式將外部知識納入了企業(yè)知識共享體系，突破了SECI模型只對企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識的共享的研究；第三，將普通員工等處于知識鏈尾部的知識擁有者納入共享范圍，能夠充分發(fā)揮物流企業(yè)員工的集體智慧。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy in all walks of life, logistics services to customers in the increasingly high demand, the demand is more and more complex, logistics enterprises are facing the transition from traditional to modern challenges. In this transformation process, the knowledge elements become a strategic resource for the development of logistics enterprises to success. How to seize this strategic resources and it is a question of logistics enterprises, but also the purpose of this research lies.
This paper mainly studies the knowledge sharing model of logistics enterprises in the Web2.0 environment. The main contents and results are as follows:
First, on the basis of previous studies, a general knowledge sharing mode based on SECI model in Web2.0 environment is summarized and analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of logistics enterprises, the mode is expanded, and a spiral knowledge sharing mode of logistics enterprises under Web2.0 environment is constructed.
Secondly, respectively expand the analysis of logistics enterprises spiral knowledge sharing model from the vertical angle of knowledge internalization of external logistics enterprises and logistics horizontal angle of tacit knowledge explicit, respectively discussed the external knowledge of logistics enterprises and the internalization of tacit knowledge explicitation, and compare it with the traditional knowledge sharing mode comparison, summed up its advantages compared with the traditional way;
Finally, combined with the sharing mode proposed above, we establish an equal, cooperative and self-organized spiral knowledge sharing mechanism based on Web2.0, and select a case to study the feasibility of the model.
The academic value of this paper is to analyze the enterprise knowledge sharing model, find out the general characteristics, combined with the logistics enterprise, sets up the model of the spiral knowledge sharing of logistics enterprises under the environment of Web2.0. The model compared with the previous way of sharing knowledge transfer mode first, people are no longer confined to the direct transfer of knowledge, the new way of computer - the transfer of knowledge, explicit knowledge in this way is easy to restructure existing, and to manifest the knowledge, to create more complex knowledge. Secondly, the model of the external knowledge into the system of enterprise knowledge sharing, through SECI model only on the knowledge sharing enterprise; third, the general staff in the tail of the knowledge chain knowledge owners into the scope of sharing, can play the employee collective wisdom fully.
