【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,我國儲(chǔ)藏保鮮技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,冷鏈物流的發(fā)展環(huán)境和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件不斷改善,使冷鏈物流得到較快發(fā)展。我國冷鏈物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)正處于起步階段,受制于冷鏈物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施能力、物流技術(shù)、法律法規(guī)等因素,冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸效率低下、腐損率高、成本高,一體化的冷鏈物流體系有待形成。如何在既有條件下,提高冷鏈物流的流通率,降低流通過程中的腐損率和物流成本,是現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展冷鏈物流所面臨的最直接問題。 首先,總結(jié)冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸組織的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,確定研究技術(shù)路線,并梳理冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸組織的基本概念,對初級農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、加工食品、特殊商品等不同冷鏈產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)輸組織流程進(jìn)行對比分析。 其次,結(jié)合冷鏈物流可以采用的運(yùn)輸組織模式,分析四種運(yùn)輸方式、產(chǎn)品在途損失、時(shí)間限制等因素對其的影響,構(gòu)建冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸組織模式優(yōu)化模型,并運(yùn)用禁忌搜索算法進(jìn)行求解。 最后,以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中的蔬菜為例,構(gòu)建具體算例,對所建立的優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,以算例結(jié)果驗(yàn)證所建模型的合理性及算法的有效性。 本文從冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸組織方式組合選擇的角度展開研究,闡述相關(guān)理論,構(gòu)建優(yōu)化模型,尋求合理且優(yōu)化的冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸組織模式,以期為提高冷鏈流通率、降低冷鏈腐損率、降低冷鏈成本提供途徑和參考。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century , the rapid development of storage and fresh - keeping technology in our country , the development environment of cold - chain logistics and the improvement of infrastructure conditions have made the cold - chain logistics develop rapidly . The cold - chain logistics system is still in the initial stage . The cold - chain logistics system needs to be formed under the conditions of cold chain logistics infrastructure capability , logistics technology , laws and regulations , etc . How to improve the circulation rate of cold chain logistics under the existing conditions , reduce the corrosion rate and logistics cost in the circulation process , and is the most direct problem to develop cold chain logistics at present . Firstly , the research status of cold chain logistics transportation organization is summarized , the research technology route is determined , the basic concept of cold chain logistics transportation organization is analyzed , and the characteristics of different cold chain products such as primary agricultural products , processed foods and special commodities are analyzed and analyzed . Secondly , based on the transportation organization model which can be adopted in the cold chain logistics , the influence of four modes of transportation , the loss of the product , the time limit and so on are analyzed , and the cold chain logistics transportation organization pattern optimization model is constructed and solved by using the tabu search algorithm . Finally , taking the vegetable in the agricultural product as an example , the concrete example is constructed , the established optimization model is applied , and the result is analyzed , and the rationality of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified by the example result . In this paper , the research is carried out from the angle of combination selection of cold chain logistics transportation organization mode , the relevant theory is explained , the optimization model is constructed , the reasonable and optimized cold chain logistics transportation organization mode is sought , so as to improve the flow rate of the cold chain , reduce the corrosion rate of the cold chain and reduce the cold chain cost .
