【摘要】：土地是農(nóng)民賴以生存的生產(chǎn)資料,是最基本的生活保障。因而對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)民來說,如果失去了土地,就意味著失去了生活來源,同時(shí)也意味著失去職業(yè)。隨著我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),失地農(nóng)民問題日益突出。如何保證失地農(nóng)民的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,緩解失地農(nóng)民的就業(yè)壓力,幫助他們走出就業(yè)困境,成為社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的一項(xiàng)重要工作。然而,失地農(nóng)民較低的文化水平和職業(yè)技能致使他們在自謀職業(yè)的過程中常常處于劣勢地位。因此,增強(qiáng)失地農(nóng)民的職業(yè)技能、進(jìn)行就業(yè)培訓(xùn)是失地農(nóng)民實(shí)現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)變其社會(huì)角色與身份的一條必經(jīng)之路。 本文在總結(jié)相關(guān)理論和研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)的影響著手,對(duì)蕪湖市城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中失地農(nóng)民的就業(yè)培訓(xùn)問題進(jìn)行了研究。全文共分為六個(gè)部分。首先,闡述了論文的研究背景和研究意義。其次,梳理了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀。再次,分析了我國目前失地農(nóng)民就業(yè)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。接著,以蕪湖市為例,通過問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,調(diào)查了蕪湖市失地農(nóng)民職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其中存在的問題。同時(shí),從我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化的社會(huì)背景出發(fā),提出了促進(jìn)失地農(nóng)民進(jìn)行職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換并增強(qiáng)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的就業(yè)培訓(xùn)的具體方法,并從構(gòu)建失地農(nóng)民職業(yè)能力培訓(xùn)的理論體系及為就業(yè)實(shí)踐中的失地農(nóng)民提供理論指導(dǎo)的角度,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。最后對(duì)整篇文章進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Land is the means of production for farmers to survive, is the most basic security of life, so for the vast majority of farmers, if they lose their land, it means to lose the source of life. At the same time, it also means the loss of occupation. With the continuous progress of urban-rural integration in China, the problem of land-lost farmers is increasingly prominent. How to ensure the sustainable development of land-lost farmers and ease the employment pressure of land-lost farmers. Helping them out of the employment dilemma has become an important job in the social transition period. However, the low level of education and vocational skills of landless farmers often put them at a disadvantage in the process of self-employment. It is necessary for landless farmers to realize their sustainable development and change their social roles and identities by strengthening their vocational skills and training their employment. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and research status, this paper starts with the impact of urbanization on the employment of landless farmers. This paper studies the employment training of landless farmers in the process of urbanization in Wuhu. The paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are described. Combing the relevant theories and research status at home and abroad. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the employment training of landless farmers in China. Then, take Wuhu City as an example. Through the method of questionnaire investigation and case interview, this paper investigates the present situation of vocational skills training of land-lost farmers in Wuhu city, and analyzes the existing problems. Based on the social background of the integration of urban and rural areas in China, this paper puts forward the specific methods of employment training to promote the vocational transformation of landless farmers and to enhance their ability of sustainable development. From the point of view of constructing the theoretical system of vocational ability training for landless farmers and providing theoretical guidance for landless farmers in employment practice, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Finally, the whole article is summarized.
