【摘要】:隨著汽車行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,汽車已成為日常消費(fèi)品走入了千家萬戶,作為連接整車生產(chǎn),銷售與客戶的物流服務(wù)商迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展契機(jī),因此,提升運(yùn)輸配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量,交期及時(shí)可控,成本優(yōu)化降低成為影響第三方物流公司發(fā)展的重要因素。現(xiàn)行國內(nèi)小型乘用車運(yùn)輸以公路為主,占據(jù)了整體運(yùn)量的90%以上,公路運(yùn)輸運(yùn)量小,成本高,污染大的問題也隨之凸顯,有著成本低、運(yùn)量大、能耗低、污染小的火車及滾裝船,集裝箱船等多種運(yùn)輸方式在整車物流中的應(yīng)用比例也逐步增加,成為未來發(fā)展的重要組成部分。本文通過對各種運(yùn)輸方式的組織方式、應(yīng)用范圍及成本組成進(jìn)行介紹,并結(jié)合實(shí)際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),對公-鐵,公-集裝箱,公-滾裝船等模式進(jìn)行了闡述,為后續(xù)運(yùn)輸方式的選擇進(jìn)行說明。多式聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸方式的組成,對成本結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)成會(huì)有不同的影響,本文借助對于調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)針對各種運(yùn)輸方式的成本構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合第三方物流現(xiàn)狀,在不同區(qū)域中,對不同運(yùn)輸方式的成本建立模型,從成本、交期、品質(zhì)、安全及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃,得出了在批量運(yùn)輸下比較合理的運(yùn)輸模式選擇,為第三方物流整車運(yùn)輸項(xiàng)目實(shí)施起到積極的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile has become the daily consumer goods into thousands of households, as the connection of vehicle production, sales and logistics service providers ushered in the opportunity of development, thus lifting transportation hitherto unknown, the quality of service delivery, delivery time control, cost optimization reduction has become an important factor affecting the development of the third party logistics company. The current domestic small passenger transport to the main road, occupy the whole volume of more than 90%, the highway transport volume of small, high cost, high pollution problem is highlighted, with low cost, large volume, low energy consumption, small pollution and train ship, the proportion of application container ships and other modes of transport in vehicle logistics also increase gradually, become an important part of future development. Based on the various modes of transport organization, application scope and cost components are introduced, and combining with the The actual survey data, to the public - iron, public - public - such as container, RO ro ship model are described, for the follow-up to the selection of transportation mode is described. Composed of multimodal transport modes, will have different effects on the cost structure, with the help of the survey data for the various modes of transport cost structure analysis combined with the actuality of the third party logistics, in different regions of different modes of transport cost model, from the quality cost, delivery, safety and risk control of multiobjective programming, the choice of transportation mode is reasonable in batch transportation under the positive guidance for the third party logistics vehicle transportation project the implementation.
