【摘要】：近年來(lái)國(guó)家提出以科技為核心的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,科技型小微企業(yè)的研究成為熱點(diǎn)�？萍夹托∥⑵髽I(yè)作為一個(gè)新型特殊企業(yè)群體,具有成長(zhǎng)性高、創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)、發(fā)展后勁足等特點(diǎn)。從前人對(duì)科技型小微企業(yè)發(fā)展階段的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)成長(zhǎng)期是科技型小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,對(duì)此本文研究科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期的成功關(guān)鍵因素既有理論意義又具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先,本論文通過(guò)閱讀大量的文獻(xiàn),基于內(nèi)外部環(huán)境視角,從行業(yè)環(huán)境、政府扶持、市場(chǎng)、資金、技術(shù)、管理六個(gè)方面總結(jié)歸納出科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期的24個(gè)關(guān)聯(lián)因素。然后,通過(guò)德?tīng)柗品êY選出18個(gè)科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期備選成功因素。 其次,運(yùn)用層次分析法提煉并最終由專(zhuān)家確定出6個(gè)科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期的成功關(guān)鍵因素。 再次,通過(guò)德?tīng)柗品▽?duì)各科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期成功關(guān)鍵因素制定評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建“九宮格”評(píng)價(jià)體系,分析其中五種特殊模式,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系可能的變形進(jìn)行修正,并給出五種模式下的決策選擇。 最后,將科技型小微企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期成功關(guān)鍵因素評(píng)價(jià)體系運(yùn)用到實(shí)例中,評(píng)價(jià)HT公司成功的潛力大小,為政府選擇扶持對(duì)象提供依據(jù),并對(duì)政府扶持提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state proposed the development of strategic emerging industries in science and technology as the core of the research on science and technology Small and micro businesses has become a hot spot. As a new special enterprise group of science and technology Small and micro businesses, with high growth, strong innovation ability, full development potential and other characteristics. Once people study the science and technology Small and micro businesses development stage found in the growth period is a critical period of development of science and technology Small and micro businesses, the growth period of this study and the key factors for the success of Small and micro businesses has both theoretical and practical significance.
First of all, this paper by reading a lot of literature, from the perspective of internal and external environment, industry environment, government support, market, capital, technology, six aspects of management summarized the 24 factors related to the growth period of science and technology Small and micro businesses. Then, we selected 18 high-tech Small and micro businesses growing alternative success by Delphy Fa.
Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to extract and ultimately determine the key factors for the success of 6 small and technological small and micro enterprises.
Thirdly, through Delphy Fa's evaluation criteria for the key factors of the growth of small and micro technology enterprises, the evaluation system of "Nine Palace" is built, five special models are analyzed, the possible deformation of the evaluation system is corrected, and the decision making under five modes is given.
Finally, we apply the evaluation system of key success factors in the growth period of small and micro technology enterprises to an example, evaluate the potential of HT's success, provide the basis for the government to choose the supporting objects, and put forward corresponding countermeasures for government support.
