【摘要】:煙草行業(yè)作為我國(guó)第一大稅源,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有主導(dǎo)地位。全國(guó)各大煙草公司近年都在加強(qiáng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部建設(shè)與管理、擴(kuò)充外部客戶資源、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,保證在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得不敗之地。隨著煙草企業(yè)的不斷增多,各企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的手段已不再是壓縮生產(chǎn)成本,而是加強(qiáng)物流體系建設(shè),以增加煙草企業(yè)利潤(rùn),提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此研究如何通過煙草企業(yè)自身物流運(yùn)行情況,診斷運(yùn)行瓶頸環(huán)節(jié)并進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以提高企業(yè)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有非常重要的作用。 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)煙草企業(yè)物流中心技術(shù)落后,作業(yè)流程繁瑣等現(xiàn)象,本文以哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外煙草企業(yè)物流建設(shè)與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析,,研究如何優(yōu)化哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心作業(yè)流程,以達(dá)到降低物流運(yùn)行成本,提高物流運(yùn)作效率的目的。首先以哈爾濱煙草公司實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境為背景,通過對(duì)其物流中心運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研,分析物流中心現(xiàn)有運(yùn)作流程,找出作業(yè)流程中存在的問題。然后以哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心現(xiàn)有作業(yè)流程為原型,利用Flexsim系統(tǒng)仿真方法建立物流中心仿真模型。通過對(duì)仿真模型運(yùn)行結(jié)果分析,可以幫助決策者直觀地判斷運(yùn)行擁堵環(huán)節(jié),得出制約哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心運(yùn)行發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。最后結(jié)合RFID技術(shù)相關(guān)優(yōu)化方法及煙草物流特性,重新設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用RFID技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心作業(yè)流程。為評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化效果,對(duì)基于RFID技術(shù)的哈爾濱煙草公司物流中心進(jìn)行建模仿真,通過應(yīng)用RFID技術(shù)前后模型仿真結(jié)果的對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)物流中心整體運(yùn)作效率有明顯提升,物流運(yùn)行成本降低。表明此種研究方法對(duì)優(yōu)化煙草物流中心作業(yè)流程效果顯著,為煙草行業(yè)物流中心仿真優(yōu)化提供一種新思路。
[Abstract]:Tobacco industry, as the largest tax source in China, plays a leading role in the national economy. In recent years, all the major tobacco companies in China are strengthening the internal construction and management of enterprises, expanding external customer resources, and optimizing business processes. With the increasing number of tobacco enterprises, the means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is no longer to reduce production costs, but to strengthen the construction of logistics system. In order to increase the profits of tobacco enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, this paper studies how to improve the overall economic benefits of tobacco enterprises through the logistics operation of tobacco enterprises, diagnosis of running bottlenecks and optimization. Play a very important role. Aiming at the phenomenon that traditional tobacco enterprise logistics center is backward in technology and complicated in operation flow, this paper takes Harbin tobacco company logistics center as the research object. Based on the analysis of the logistics construction and development of tobacco enterprises at home and abroad, this paper studies how to optimize the operation process of the logistics center of Harbin Tobacco Company in order to reduce the cost of logistics operation. The purpose of improving the efficiency of logistics operation. Firstly, based on the actual operating environment of Harbin Tobacco Company, through the investigation of the current situation of its logistics center, this paper analyzes the existing operation process of the logistics center. Find out the existing problems in the operation process. Then take the existing operation process of Harbin Tobacco Company Logistics Center as the prototype. The simulation model of logistics center is established by using Flexsim system simulation method. By analyzing the result of the simulation model, it can help the decision maker to judge the running congestion link intuitively. The key factors restricting the operation and development of Harbin Tobacco Logistics Center are obtained. Finally, combining with the optimization method of RFID technology and the characteristics of tobacco logistics. In order to evaluate the optimization effect, the logistics center of Harbin Tobacco Company based on RFID technology is modeled and simulated. Through the comparison of the simulation results before and after the application of RFID technology, it is found that the overall operational efficiency of the logistics center has significantly improved. The result shows that this method is effective in optimizing the operation flow of tobacco logistics center and provides a new idea for the simulation and optimization of tobacco logistics center.
