【摘要】：企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)作為一個(gè)集先進(jìn)管理思想及技術(shù)為一體的信息管理系統(tǒng),結(jié)合了信息技術(shù)以及先進(jìn)的管理思想,成為提高企業(yè)管理水平以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的重要手段和措施。本文將ERP系統(tǒng)管理和電網(wǎng)企業(yè)采購(gòu)模塊流程相結(jié)合進(jìn)行研究,重點(diǎn)研究電網(wǎng)企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)物資采購(gòu)模塊設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用。目前我國(guó)已經(jīng)對(duì)超市化采購(gòu)有一定研究,但是因?qū)ζ鋺?yīng)用還存在一定的局限性,針對(duì)信息技術(shù)對(duì)提高物流管理水平的模型、物資采購(gòu)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)較少,理論較多,實(shí)際操作難以借鑒,應(yīng)用范圍也較為狹窄,因此對(duì)本文的研究是有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。 本文主要包括以下研究?jī)?nèi)容：第一,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究電力公司實(shí)施超市化采購(gòu)的背景、實(shí)施范圍和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二,分析物資超市化采購(gòu)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),梳理超市化采購(gòu)流程,進(jìn)行詳盡的需求分析,對(duì)電力公司采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)；第三,對(duì)物資超市化采購(gòu)ERP系統(tǒng)與電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的集成進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)流程中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)如尋源管理、目錄管理、采購(gòu)訂單流程等進(jìn)行研究與設(shè)計(jì)；第四,以辦公用品超市化采購(gòu)為例,對(duì)實(shí)際采購(gòu)實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行研究與分析,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)流程；第五,對(duì)ERP物資采購(gòu)流程、采購(gòu)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整理歸納,對(duì)ERP詳細(xì)功能進(jìn)行展開(kāi)說(shuō)明,具體分析應(yīng)用利弊；最后,對(duì)本研究的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),指出研究的不足,并提出未來(lái)物資采購(gòu)可能的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as a collection of advanced management ideas and technology as one of the information management system, combined with information technology and advanced management ideas. It has become an important means and measures to improve the management level and competitive strength of enterprises. In this paper, the ERP system management and the procurement module flow of grid enterprises are combined to study. This paper focuses on the design and application of material procurement module of ERP system in power grid enterprises. At present, supermarket procurement has been studied in China, but there are still some limitations due to its application. In view of the information technology to improve the logistics management level model, the material purchase flow optimization design is less, the theory is more, the actual operation is difficult to use for reference, the application scope is also relatively narrow. Therefore, the study of this paper is of practical significance. This article mainly includes the following research contents: first, analyzes the domestic and foreign research present situation, studies the electric power company to implement the supermarket purchase background, the implementation scope and the innovation point; Secondly, it analyzes the construction target of material supermarket procurement, combs the supermarket purchasing process, carries on the detailed demand analysis, and designs the purchasing data structure of the electric power company. Thirdly, the integration of ERP system and e-commerce platform is studied, and the key points in the process, such as source finding management, directory management, purchase order process, are studied and designed. 4th, take the office supplies supermarket purchase as an example, carries on the research and the analysis to the actual purchase implementation situation, optimizes the design flow; 5th, the ERP material procurement process, procurement points are summarized, the detailed functions of ERP are described, specific analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the application; Finally, the main contents of this study are summarized, the deficiencies of the research are pointed out, and the possible research direction of material procurement in the future is put forward.
