【摘要】：城市化發(fā)展到它的高級(jí)階段時(shí)，必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生逆城市化的現(xiàn)象。改革開放三十年后的中國(guó)，現(xiàn)如今已成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，也已成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿χ�，如此一來城市化在中�?guó)的發(fā)展亦成為世界所關(guān)心的話題。城市化的高速發(fā)展，讓中國(guó)的部分城市萌芽了逆城市化的現(xiàn)象，這一現(xiàn)象對(duì)我國(guó)城市化的進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。在現(xiàn)階段，我們要重視對(duì)城市化進(jìn)程的科學(xué)研究，找到逆城市化的本質(zhì)與規(guī)律，結(jié)合我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情，找到一條有中國(guó)特色的城市化發(fā)展之路。以此來豐富城市化的理論，為解決城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)難題提供有效的研究資料，并創(chuàng)建城市化健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新模式。 本文分了四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，首先通過搜索城市化和逆城市化的基礎(chǔ)理論文獻(xiàn)，綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行整理。城市化在人類社會(huì)發(fā)展史中是處于自然演變進(jìn)化發(fā)展的過程，它是農(nóng)村變?yōu)槌鞘�，農(nóng)民變?yōu)槭忻�，農(nóng)業(yè)向工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的一個(gè)過程。在這個(gè)過程中伴隨的人口遷移，產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變的現(xiàn)象逐漸成為城市化研究的兩大主題。 其次，在第一部分理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)逆城市化的演進(jìn)規(guī)律探索研究。城市化率作為判斷逆城市化是否產(chǎn)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是否適用于任何國(guó)家，任何城市，或者說這并不是唯一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。我們?cè)趯?duì)規(guī)律的研究上，更注重相關(guān)的影響因素，影響人口遷移的因素，以及造成這樣因素的原因。從根本上來解決問題，尋求適用于我國(guó)的城市化發(fā)展模式。 再次，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外逆城市化經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析，亦即逆城市化的實(shí)證分析。目前，發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家美國(guó)、英國(guó)、日本，以及發(fā)展中國(guó)家印度、巴西等都產(chǎn)生了逆城市化現(xiàn)象，從這些先行逆城市化國(guó)家的分析中吸收經(jīng)驗(yàn)，來發(fā)展中國(guó)的城市化。通過比較分析發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家與發(fā)展中國(guó)家的逆城市化現(xiàn)象，歸納總結(jié)出兩者間的差異。為下面研究中國(guó)逆城市化的發(fā)展提供有力的論證。 最后，對(duì)中國(guó)的城市化歷程研究分析，審視當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，重點(diǎn)對(duì)中國(guó)逆城市化現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因、現(xiàn)狀以及造成的影響進(jìn)行分析。在考慮我國(guó)社會(huì)制度、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、城市發(fā)展水平與其它各國(guó)有本質(zhì)的差異。因此在建設(shè)我國(guó)特色城市化道路的時(shí)候，要考慮基本國(guó)情，不能用別國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)走我國(guó)城市化之路。目前看來，中國(guó)只是局部地區(qū)出現(xiàn)了逆城市化的現(xiàn)象，而這些不乏利益因素驅(qū)動(dòng)的結(jié)果�，F(xiàn)階段逆城市化還只是萌芽的狀態(tài)，時(shí)機(jī)上顯得不夠成熟，也不符合城市化發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律。但是，我們要正確對(duì)待它，并針對(duì)這種地域性較強(qiáng)，城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的中國(guó)逆城市化問題，找到解決方法。 本文旨在以人為本，建設(shè)和諧健康的城市，，制定合理的城市化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，繼而實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。并結(jié)合中國(guó)逆城市化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，建設(shè)中國(guó)特色的城市化模式，給出穩(wěn)步加速中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This phenomenon has become the world ' s second largest economy and has become one of the main drivers of global economic growth . In the present stage , we should attach importance to the scientific research on urbanization and find a way of urbanization development with Chinese characteristics . In this stage , we can enrich the theory of urbanization , provide effective research data for solving the problem of dual structure in urban and rural areas , and create a new model of urbanization healthy sustainable development . In this paper , four aspects are analyzed , firstly , through the search of the basic theory of urbanization and reverse urbanization , the related problems at home and abroad are collated . Urbanization is a process of natural evolution and evolution in the history of human society development . It is a process of changing the countryside into cities and the peasants become citizens and agriculture to industrial transformation . In this process , the phenomenon of industrial relation transformation becomes two major themes of urbanization research . Secondly , on the basis of the theoretical research of the first part , the study on the evolution law of the reverse urbanization is explored . As a criterion for judging whether the adverse urbanization is generated , the urbanization rate is applicable to any country , any city , or it is not the only standard . In the study of the law , we pay more attention to the relevant factors , the factors that affect the population migration , and the causes of such factors . At present , the developed countries , the United States , the United Kingdom , Japan , and the developing countries India , Brazil and so on have produced the phenomenon of adverse urbanization , from the analysis of these pre - urbanization countries , to develop China ' s urbanization . By comparing and analyzing the phenomenon of adverse urbanization between the developed countries and the developing countries , the differences between them are summarized . At the end of this paper , the urbanization course of China is analyzed , the reason , the present situation and the influence of China ' s urbanization are analyzed . In view of our country ' s social system , the level of economic development , the level of urban development and other countries have the essential difference . This paper aims at people - oriented , building a harmonious and healthy city , developing a reasonable urbanization development strategy , and then realizing the sustainable development of urbanization . Combined with the current situation of China ' s reverse urbanization , and building the urbanization model with Chinese characteristics , this paper gives some suggestions on the steady acceleration of China ' s urbanization process .
