【摘要】:近年來,隨著中國經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展,國際貿(mào)易量劇增,國際工程承包領域快速發(fā)展,市場資金和融資渠道不斷增加擴展,新技術、新工藝、新設備、新材料不斷被開發(fā)并被應用且轉化為工程設計。在全球經(jīng)濟一體化的大環(huán)境下,國內(nèi)外企業(yè)技術、工藝、設備、材料的交流和貿(mào)易往來越加廣泛和頻繁。國際承包工程的發(fā)包方越來越重視承包商提供綜合服務的能力。 國際工程物流針對不同的EPC項目的某一環(huán)節(jié)或整體提出專業(yè)、個性化的工程物流解決方案,對各類復雜的國際EPC項目設計出滿足該項目需求的物流方案。根據(jù)EPC項目的特點,運輸?shù)呢浳锒酁榇笮驮O備和精密儀器,這些貨物的主體通常有單個價值高,生產(chǎn)周期長,形狀不規(guī)則,單件尺寸大、重量重等特點,在運輸和裝卸環(huán)節(jié)存在較高的風險和難度。項目運輸方案的設計和選擇對整個EPC項目的成敗至關重要。因此,承包方對國際物流提出了全新的要求。如何優(yōu)化國際物流運輸方案,從而達到降低成本、提高效率、保質(zhì)保量完成項目的目標,成為眾多業(yè)主、承包方、分包商、物流商思考的問題。 本文以國際物流提供方的角度,結合當前學術界對此問題的研究成果、使用Petri網(wǎng)模型、通過EPC項目案例分析并建模,找出效率低下的原因及瓶頸,并提出系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的方案,實現(xiàn)EPC項目工程物流的優(yōu)化,最終達到改善物流服務質(zhì)量,提高效率的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of China's economy, the volume of international trade has increased dramatically, the field of international project contracting has developed rapidly, the market funds and financing channels have been continuously expanded, new technology, new technology, new equipment. New materials are constantly being developed and applied and converted into engineering design. In the global economic integration environment, domestic and foreign enterprises technology, technology, equipment. The exchange of materials and trade have become more and more extensive and frequent. Contractors of international contracting projects are paying more and more attention to the contractor's ability to provide comprehensive services. International engineering logistics for different EPC projects a link or the whole proposed a professional, personalized engineering logistics solutions. The logistics scheme for various complex international EPC projects is designed to meet the requirements of the project. According to the characteristics of the EPC project, most of the goods transported are large equipment and precision instruments. The main body of these goods usually has the characteristics of high single value, long production cycle, irregular shape, large single piece size, heavy weight and so on. There are high risks and difficulties in the transportation and loading and unloading links. The design and selection of the project transportation scheme is very important to the success or failure of the whole EPC project. Contractors put forward new requirements for international logistics. How to optimize the international logistics transport program, so as to achieve the goal of reducing costs, improving efficiency, quality and quantity to complete the project, become a number of owners, contractors. The subcontractor, the logistics merchant thinks the question. In this paper, from the perspective of international logistics providers, combined with the current academic research on this issue, using Petri net model, through the EPC project case analysis and modeling. Find out the reason and bottleneck of low efficiency, and put forward the scheme of system optimization to realize the optimization of EPC project engineering logistics, and finally achieve the purpose of improving logistics service quality and improving efficiency.
