【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人們消費需求的轉(zhuǎn)變,冷鏈物流產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了廣闊的市場發(fā)展前景。由于冷鏈物流產(chǎn)品容易腐爛變質(zhì)、保存期限短,因此冷鏈物流對時效性要求極高,對流通過程中的各個環(huán)節(jié)之間的協(xié)調(diào)銜接要求也較高。冷鏈物流配送中心以及冷鏈倉儲系統(tǒng)作為目前物流領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的一種新型特殊倉儲系統(tǒng),在冷鏈物流過程中發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。針對冷鏈物流及其倉儲系統(tǒng)建立其作業(yè)流程模型,并進行模型分析和優(yōu)化,可以幫助管理者發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決流程中存在的問題,,提高冷鏈物流及其倉儲系統(tǒng)的運行效率,增加企業(yè)競爭力。 本文應(yīng)用多色集合和統(tǒng)一建模語言的復(fù)合建模方法,以某企業(yè)冷鏈物流及其倉儲系統(tǒng)為研究對象,研究作業(yè)流程建模及分析優(yōu)化問題、模型的組織資源配置問題,并進行冷鏈物流及其倉儲流程的原型系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。主要的研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點如下: (1)將多色集合和統(tǒng)一建模語言復(fù)合建模方法運用到冷鏈物流及其倉儲作業(yè)流程建模中。結(jié)合某企業(yè)冷鏈物流實際運營情況,利用統(tǒng)一建模語言的基本建模元素和多色集合圍道矩陣對冷鏈配送中心作業(yè)流程、成品庫出入庫作業(yè)流程進行建模和分析,提出作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化措施,建立新的冷鏈物流配送中心及倉儲系統(tǒng)出入庫流程模型。通過對比優(yōu)化前后作業(yè)流程模型的期望執(zhí)行時間,驗證模型優(yōu)化的有效性,并完成變更優(yōu)化后相應(yīng)的實例遷移。 (2)在分析冷鏈配送中心作業(yè)流程組織資源關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,建立多色集合層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型從活動節(jié)點到組織資源的推理過程,為模型中的各個活動進行資源配置,實現(xiàn)冷鏈物流作業(yè)流程模型與組織資源模型的對應(yīng)。 (3)應(yīng)用Visual C#編程語言和數(shù)據(jù)庫支撐環(huán)境,開發(fā)冷鏈物流及其倉儲流程過程原型系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)復(fù)合建模方法理論部分的演示和驗證。在對系統(tǒng)基本需求進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立原型系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并依次介紹各個模塊的主要功能,通過用戶界面演示系統(tǒng)作業(yè)流程圖形化建模、模型映射、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、實例遷移的過程。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and the change of people's consumption demand, the cold chain logistics industry ushered in a broad market development prospect. Because the cold chain logistics products are easy to rot and deteriorate, the preservation period is short. Therefore, cold chain logistics has a high demand for timeliness. Cold chain logistics distribution center and cold chain storage system is a new type of special storage system in the field of logistics. In the cold chain logistics process plays a very important role. Cold chain logistics and its warehousing system to establish its operational process model, and model analysis and optimization. It can help managers to find and solve the problems existing in the process, improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics and storage system, and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, multi-color set and unified modeling language are used to study the modeling and optimization of the operation process, taking the cold chain logistics and its storage system of an enterprise as the research object. The organizational resource allocation problem of the model, and the prototype system development of cold chain logistics and its warehousing process. The main research contents and innovations are as follows: 1) applying the method of polychromatic set and unified modeling language to the modeling of cold chain logistics and its warehousing process, combined with the actual operation of a certain enterprise cold chain logistics. Using the basic modeling elements of the unified modeling language and the polychromatic set path matrix, the operation flow of the cold chain distribution center and the product storehouse were modeled and analyzed, and the optimization measures of the job flow were put forward. Establish a new cold-chain logistics distribution center and warehousing system out and out process model. By comparing the expected execution time before and after optimization, verify the effectiveness of model optimization. The corresponding instance migration is completed after the change optimization. 2) on the basis of analyzing the relationship of organizational resources in the operation process of cold chain distribution center, a multi-color set hierarchy model is established for the reasoning process from active node to organizational resource. The resource allocation is carried out for each activity in the model to realize the correspondence between the cold-chain logistics process model and the organizational resource model. The prototype system of cold chain logistics and storage process is developed by using Visual C # programming language and database supporting environment. Based on the analysis of the basic requirements of the system, the overall structure of the prototype system is established, and the main functions of each module are introduced in turn. The process of graphical modeling, model mapping, structure analysis and instance migration is demonstrated by user interface.
