【摘要】:物流業(yè)不發(fā)達(dá)和物流成本高,是制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。物流金融是指國(guó)家金融執(zhí)業(yè)部門(mén)與物資流通公司通力合作,在物流配給過(guò)程中向發(fā)貨商提供的資金籌集以及由此產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)性服務(wù)的新型業(yè)務(wù)。通過(guò)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)的合作,為供應(yīng)鏈上的所屬商品與貿(mào)易關(guān)系提供信譽(yù)擔(dān)保和現(xiàn)金流轉(zhuǎn),繼而實(shí)現(xiàn)提高物流公司經(jīng)營(yíng)效率和降低物流成本的目的。物流服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,已成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的瓶頸,而廣大中小物流企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)、壯大,融資難問(wèn)題首當(dāng)其沖。因此,借助物流金融業(yè)務(wù)助推物流企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的研究意義十分重大。本文以企業(yè)管理理論為指導(dǎo),以zz公司成長(zhǎng)為案例,運(yùn)用SWOT分析等方法,對(duì)zZ公司運(yùn)用物流金融業(yè)務(wù)模式進(jìn)行了優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)等系統(tǒng)分析。結(jié)果顯示,物流金融具備資金優(yōu)勢(shì),能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)解決流動(dòng)資金短缺而導(dǎo)致不能擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模和搶占有利商機(jī)的難題。在擴(kuò)展金融機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)的同時(shí),也為物流企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的上下游小企業(yè)良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)提供了最大限度的資金保障。最后,在對(duì)ZZ公司可選擇的物流金融業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行盈利模式及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施分析研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,繼而為zz公司提出物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,以期達(dá)到提高企業(yè)資本運(yùn)作效率、擴(kuò)大銷(xiāo)售規(guī)模和提高企業(yè)銷(xiāo)售利潤(rùn)等目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The underdevelopment of logistics industry and the high cost of logistics are the important factors restricting the economic development of our country. Logistics finance refers to the cooperation between the national financial practice department and the material circulation company. The new business of raising funds to the shipper and the associated services arising therefrom in the course of logistics rationing. Through cooperation with financial institutions. It provides credit guarantee and cash flow for the relationship between commodity and trade in the supply chain, and then realizes the purpose of improving the operating efficiency of logistics companies and reducing logistics costs. The development of logistics service industry lags behind. Has become the bottleneck of restricting the economic and social development of our country, and the growth of the vast number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, growth, financing difficulties bear the brunt. With the help of logistics financial business to promote the growth of logistics enterprises is of great significance. This paper is guided by enterprise management theory, ZZ company growth as a case, the use of SWOT analysis and other methods. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of ZZ company by using the logistics finance business model. The result shows that logistics finance has the advantage of capital. It can solve the problem of shortage of liquidity for enterprises, which can not expand the size of enterprises and seize the favorable business opportunities. At the same time, expand the business of financial institutions. It also provides the maximum financial guarantee for the good operation of the upstream and downstream small enterprises of logistics enterprises. Finally. On the basis of the analysis and research on the profit model and risk prevention measures of the logistics finance business which ZZ company can choose, the development direction of logistics finance business for ZZ company is put forward. The aim is to improve the efficiency of capital operation, enlarge the sales scale and increase the profit.
