【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,使得社會(huì)分工日益精細(xì),市場競爭的激烈程度也日益加劇,人民生活節(jié)奏越來越快,其消費(fèi)觀也發(fā)生了巨大的變化,從大量消費(fèi)逐漸變?yōu)闃佣嗥飞俚南M(fèi)習(xí)慣。在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,企業(yè)間的競爭不在是各自為政,已經(jīng)上升到企業(yè)間聯(lián)合的競爭模式,亦即供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭狀態(tài),本文建立在由供應(yīng)商---配送中心---需求方構(gòu)成的三級(jí)供應(yīng)模式的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)下,并從企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)時(shí)化配送的角度研究了零部件配送中心揀選作業(yè)這一重要的物流環(huán)節(jié)。 首先從宏觀的角度分析了汽車行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展及對(duì)零部件配送中心提出的挑戰(zhàn),針對(duì)文章的研究重點(diǎn)從微觀的角度對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界準(zhǔn)時(shí)化配送及揀選作業(yè)的研究成果做了研究綜述,然后介紹了配送中心六大職能及基本流程,,準(zhǔn)時(shí)化配送及揀選作業(yè)的相關(guān)理論。 在以上理論的基礎(chǔ)之上對(duì)產(chǎn)前物流配送區(qū)分區(qū)揀選問題做出研究,首先介紹了該配送中心的物流配送系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)揀選工作量均衡,工作時(shí)間均衡,少人化及配送至生產(chǎn)線的準(zhǔn)時(shí)化這四大目標(biāo),采取零部件上線模式為SPS配送模式,并建立了以生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍(TT)為限制條件的儲(chǔ)位指派及柔性分區(qū)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。 在模型求解方面,提出基于零部件揀選頻率排序的啟發(fā)式算法,然后進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證算法有效性并對(duì)企業(yè)的應(yīng)用起了指導(dǎo)意義,實(shí)現(xiàn)零部件的JIT配送及整個(gè)廣義生產(chǎn)鏈的利益雙贏。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy and the globalization of economy, the social division of labor is becoming more and more fine, the fierce degree of market competition is becoming more and more intense, and the pace of people's life is getting faster and faster. Its concept of consumption has also undergone great changes, from a large number of consumption gradually to the consumption habits of more goods and less. In the rapid development of modern economy, the competition among enterprises is not to do their own thing. This paper is based on the three-level supply chain system, which is composed of the supplier -distribution center -demand side. And from the point of view of realizing punctual distribution of enterprises, this paper studies the important logistics link of the picking operation of spare parts distribution center. Firstly, it analyzes the continuous development of automobile industry and the challenge to the distribution center of spare parts from the macroscopic angle. This paper summarizes the research results of just-in-time distribution and picking operations in academic circles from the micro point of view, and then introduces the six functions and basic processes of distribution center. Theory of just-in-time distribution and sorting. On the basis of the above theory, this paper makes a research on the problem of prenatal logistics district selection. Firstly, this paper introduces the logistics distribution system of the distribution center, in order to achieve the balance of picking workload and working time. The four goals of less humanization and punctual distribution to production line are to adopt the online mode of parts and components as SPS distribution mode. A mathematical model of storage assignment and flexible partitioning with production beat TTs as the limiting condition is established. In the aspect of model solving, a heuristic algorithm based on picking frequency of parts is proposed, and then an empirical analysis is carried out to verify the validity of the algorithm and to guide the application of enterprises. Realize the JIT distribution of parts and the benefit of the whole generalized production chain.
