【摘要】：冷鏈物流是指為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全問題,冷藏冷凍產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)藏、配送以及最終到消費(fèi)者手中的全過程中,產(chǎn)品始終保持在規(guī)定的溫度范圍之內(nèi)以達(dá)到減少產(chǎn)品損耗的一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程。冷鏈物流的服務(wù)對(duì)象是初級(jí)農(nóng)水產(chǎn)品、花卉產(chǎn)品、加工食品、以及醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品等,這類產(chǎn)品對(duì)物流運(yùn)送過程中的溫度控制提出了較高的要求。為解決這種需求和要求,企業(yè)冷鏈物流應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,冷鏈物流自產(chǎn)生起就得到了相關(guān)部門和行業(yè)的關(guān)注。宏觀方面,國(guó)家出臺(tái)了相關(guān)政策的大力扶持和支持物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展；微觀方面,企業(yè)自身在涉及冷鏈物流的區(qū)域投入了許多物力和財(cái)力來(lái)推動(dòng)這一領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展和完善。 為了深入研究阻礙冷鏈物流發(fā)展的因素以及推動(dòng)冷鏈物流發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,本文以廣西北部灣國(guó)際港務(wù)集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,指出該集團(tuán)冷鏈物流目前發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的問題,并提出了解決方案以及未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。本文共分五部分：第一部分是對(duì)文章的研究背景、意義及設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論的闡述；第二部分分析了該集團(tuán)冷鏈物流發(fā)展的基本情況、存在的問題及問題產(chǎn)生的原因；第三部分就是結(jié)合前面內(nèi)容指明該集團(tuán)冷鏈物流的發(fā)展方向；第四部分就是針對(duì)以上的結(jié)論提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策措施,如加強(qiáng)政府宏觀調(diào)度力度、優(yōu)化企業(yè)運(yùn)作模式、開拓冷鏈物流市場(chǎng)以及培養(yǎng)專業(yè)型人才等具體措施建議。 冷鏈物流不僅滿足了人們對(duì)冷凍冷藏產(chǎn)品需求,還能使這類產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸途中盡量減少損失和浪費(fèi)。本文的目的旨在通過對(duì)此內(nèi)容的研究,提高集團(tuán)冷鏈物流的綜合實(shí)力起到啟示的作用,為廣西區(qū)內(nèi)冷鏈物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃的制定提供理論參考和借鑒,并對(duì)提高整個(gè)廣西北部灣冷鏈物流企業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:The cold chain logistics refers to a system engineering for ensuring the quality and safety of the products . The products are always kept within the specified temperature range in the whole process of producing , storing , distributing and finally reaching the consumer . The service object of the cold chain logistics is the primary agricultural aquatic product , the flower product , the processed food and the pharmaceutical products . In order to further study the factors hindering the development of cold chain logistics and the process of promoting the development of cold chain logistics , this paper points out the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi and puts forward the solution and the future direction of development . The second part analyzes the basic situation , problems and causes of the development of cold chain logistics of the Group . The fourth part is to put forward corresponding countermeasures for the above conclusion , such as strengthening the macro - dispatching of the government , optimizing the operation mode of the enterprise , developing the cold - chain logistics market and cultivating professional talents . The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference and reference for the development of cold chain logistics in Guangxi , and to make a contribution to the improvement of the comprehensive strength of cold chain logistics enterprises in Guangxi .
