【摘要】:長春市目前還沒有達到去工業(yè)化的發(fā)展階段,工業(yè)仍然是長春市的主導產業(yè)。隨著長春市郊區(qū)化的快速推進,城市空間以圈層式向外圍擴展,在此過程中,工業(yè)空間與居住空間、服務空間、交通空間非耦合發(fā)展狀態(tài)逐步加劇。這必然會阻礙長春市工業(yè)的快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展,于此同時引發(fā)職住分離、“潮汐式”交通流等城市問題。本文以長春市工業(yè)與居住空間、服務空間、交通空間之間的關系為研究對象,借鑒國內外相關研究理論,著重分析了長春市工業(yè)與居住空間、服務空間、交通空間的現狀特征及演變趨勢;定量分析了由于非耦合發(fā)展狀態(tài)所引發(fā)的職住分離現象;最后,在總結影響長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系演變機制的基礎上,提出了適合長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合發(fā)展的城鎮(zhèn)空間組織模式及具體實施路徑。 本文主要包括七章: 第一章:緒論。主要介紹了長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系發(fā)展的研究背景、研究目標、研究意義、研究方法與技術路線、研究重點與難點。 第二章:相關基礎理論研究。界定了城市功能空間、工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合發(fā)展的概念;闡述了指導研究工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系的相關理論,如工業(yè)區(qū)位論、城市功能分區(qū)理論等等;梳理了國內外相關研究成果及研究進展。 第三章:長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系研究。首先,從工業(yè)發(fā)展的必要性、工業(yè)空間現狀格局、工業(yè)與居住、服務空間關系的現狀特征及演變趨勢等方面,分析了長春市工業(yè)與居住空間、服務空間之間的非耦合發(fā)展狀態(tài);其次,分別按圈層、行政區(qū)定量劃分了長春市高度就業(yè)主導型、就業(yè)主導型、職住平衡型、居住主導型四類空間地域,并分析了人口空間結構性失衡是引發(fā)職住分離的重要原因;再次,分別從城市主干道、軌道交通兩個方面分析了長春市交通空間與工業(yè)空間、服務空間、居住空間的非耦合程度不斷加劇的發(fā)展趨勢。 第四章:長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系演變機制分析。從產業(yè)升級、地價空間分異、交通導向、規(guī)劃引導以及政策調控五個方面,運用結構主義分析方法總結、概況了影響工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間關系演變的動力機制。 第五章:長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合模式。出于促進長春市工業(yè)快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展與有效緩解長春市交通壓力的目的,提出適宜長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合發(fā)展的具體模式,并具體分析了該模式的可行性。 第六章:長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合路徑。在分析長春市城市核心區(qū)、城市邊緣區(qū)、城市吸引區(qū)城市功能布局的空間變化趨勢的基礎上,,提出促進長春市工業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)空間耦合發(fā)展的具體實施路徑。 第七章:結語。主要是概況以上分析的結論,并在此基礎上指出論文研究中存在的不足;最后,對下一步的研究做出相關展望。
[Abstract]:Changchun has not yet reached the stage of deindustrialization, industry is still the leading industry in Changchun. With the rapid development of suburbanization of Changchun, urban space expands to the periphery in the form of circle, in the process. Industrial space and residential space, service space, traffic space non-coupling development state gradually intensified. This will inevitably hinder the rapid and sustainable development of Changchun industry, and at the same time lead to the separation of occupation and housing. "Tidal" traffic flow and other urban problems. This paper takes the relationship between industry and living space, service space and traffic space as the research object, and draws lessons from relevant research theories at home and abroad. The characteristics and evolution trend of industry and living space, service space and traffic space in Changchun are analyzed emphatically. The separation phenomenon of occupation and occupation caused by the uncoupled development state is quantitatively analyzed. Finally, on the basis of summing up the evolvement mechanism of the spatial relationship between industry and town in Changchun, the paper puts forward the urban spatial organization mode and concrete implementation path suitable for the coupling development of industry and urban space in Changchun. This paper mainly includes seven chapters: The first chapter is introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, research goal, research significance, research method and technical route, emphasis and difficulty of the research on the relationship between industry and urban space in Changchun. The second chapter: the related basic theory research, defines the concept of urban functional space, industrial and urban spatial coupling development; The related theories of guiding the study of the relationship between industry and urban space, such as the theory of industrial location, the theory of urban functional zoning and so on, are expounded. The related research results and research progress at home and abroad are reviewed. Chapter three: the study of the relationship between industry and urban space in Changchun. Firstly, from the necessity of industrial development, the present situation pattern of industrial space, the current characteristics and evolution trend of the relationship between industry and housing, service space, etc. This paper analyzes the uncoupled development state between industry, living space and service space in Changchun. Secondly, according to the level of circle, the district divided Changchun City into four types of spatial regions: highly employment-oriented, employment-oriented, employment-oriented, live-oriented and live-oriented. And analyzes the population spatial structural imbalance is an important reason for the separation of occupation and residence; Thirdly, the development trend of the uncoupling degree of traffic space, industrial space, service space and living space in Changchun is analyzed from two aspects of urban main road and rail transit respectively. Chapter 4th: analysis of the evolvement mechanism of the spatial relationship between industry and town in Changchun. It is summarized from five aspects: industrial upgrading, spatial differentiation of land price, traffic orientation, planning guidance and policy regulation and control. The dynamic mechanism influencing the relationship between industry and urban space is summarized. Chapter 5th: Changchun city industry and urban spatial coupling model. In order to promote Changchun industry fast, sustainable development and effective relief of traffic pressure in Changchun. This paper puts forward a specific model for the spatial coupling development of industry and town in Changchun, and analyzes the feasibility of the model in detail. Chapter 6th: Changchun city industry and urban spatial coupling path. Based on the analysis of Changchun city core area, urban fringe area, urban attraction area urban functional layout of the spatial trend. This paper puts forward the concrete implementation path to promote the coupling development of industry and urban space in Changchun. Chapter 7th: conclusion. It is the conclusion of the above analysis, and on the basis of this, points out the deficiency in the research; finally, makes the related prospect to the next research.
