【摘要】：由二氧化碳排放所帶來的溫室效應(yīng)等氣候變化問題越來越引起世界各國的重視，而我國作為二氧化碳排放最多的國家，面臨著全球要求承擔(dān)減排責(zé)任的巨大壓力，與此同時(shí)，高能耗高排放的發(fā)展模式在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求下亟需轉(zhuǎn)變，這促使二氧化碳減排刻不容緩。但是，二氧化碳排放的效率高低，還存在多大的減排潛力，以及減排的成本是否可控，這些都是目前政府需要關(guān)注的問題。廣東省作為全國工業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的排頭兵，減排壓力自然首當(dāng)其沖，因此，提高碳排放效率，發(fā)展清潔能源是必經(jīng)之路。本課題從以上這些問題出發(fā)，使用廣東省21個(gè)地市的2005-2012年八年的面板數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)二氧化碳排放效率進(jìn)行了的實(shí)證研究。 本文研究的目的是通過構(gòu)建碳排放效率的SFA模型，客觀的分析廣東省不同地區(qū)二氧化碳排放效率的現(xiàn)狀、趨勢(shì)及其影響因素。文章給出了碳排放效率的明確定義，采用宏觀層面數(shù)據(jù)，選擇Battese and Coeli(1995)隨即前沿邊界方法設(shè)定模型。運(yùn)用2005-2012年廣東省21個(gè)地區(qū)的面板數(shù)據(jù)，，測度廣東全省、4大地區(qū)、21個(gè)地市碳排放效率，分析其變動(dòng)特征，并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)定碳排放效率的影響變量。本文的影響變量主要從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、能源強(qiáng)度、技術(shù)投入、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、開放度、能源結(jié)構(gòu)、城市化程度及政府對(duì)市場的干預(yù)等方面分析這些變量對(duì)二氧化碳排放效率的影響。
[Abstract]:The problem of climate change such as Greenhouse Effect caused by carbon dioxide emissions has attracted more and more attention from all over the world, and China is the country with the most carbon dioxide emissions. Facing the global pressure to assume responsibility for emission reduction, at the same time, the development model of high energy consumption and high emissions needs to be changed under the requirement of sustainable economic and social development. This makes it urgent to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. However, the efficiency of carbon dioxide emissions, the extent to which there is emission reduction potential, and whether the cost of reducing emissions can be controlled. These are the issues that the government should pay attention to. Guangdong Province, as the national industrial and economic vanguard, naturally bear the brunt of the pressure to reduce emissions, therefore, improve the efficiency of carbon emissions. The development of clean energy is the only way. An empirical study of carbon dioxide emission efficiency was conducted using panel data from 2005 to 2012 in 21 cities in Guangdong Province. The purpose of this study is to establish SFA model of carbon emission efficiency, and analyze the current situation of carbon dioxide emission efficiency in different regions of Guangdong Province objectively. The paper gives a clear definition of carbon emission efficiency, using macro-level data. Select Battese and Coelier 1995) to set the model with the method of random frontier boundary. The panel data of 21 regions of Guangdong Province from 2005 to 2012 are used. This paper measures the carbon emission efficiency in 21 cities of Guangdong province, analyzes its changing characteristics, and sets the influence variables of carbon emission efficiency according to the actual situation. The influence variables of this paper are mainly from the industrial structure. Property structure, energy intensity, technical input, economic development, openness, energy structure, urbanization and government intervention in the market are analyzed to analyze the impact of these variables on carbon dioxide emission efficiency.
