【摘要】:由于傳統(tǒng)物流管理模式已經(jīng)無法滿足現(xiàn)代電力企業(yè)發(fā)展的需求,因此電力企業(yè)亟需采用信息化平臺對其物流進(jìn)行科學(xué)高效的管理,其中最有代表性的是企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃ERP。利用ERP進(jìn)行科學(xué)化的物流管理將使電力企業(yè)最大程度地減少物流管理占用的資源,降低物流成本,提升物流管理水平。然而電力企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP進(jìn)行物流管理仍然存在各種外在的和內(nèi)在的不確定性因素,因此需要應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的思想對其進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估并提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。 首先,本文介紹了電力企業(yè)物流管理的內(nèi)涵、存在的問題以及物流管理信息化的對策,論述了電力物流ERP的基本原理、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、業(yè)務(wù)流程和功能模塊以及在電力企業(yè)物資采購和庫存管理中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,并且介紹了電力物流ERP應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀。其次,本文引入了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的定義及特征等基本知識,循序漸進(jìn)地論述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的歷史與發(fā)展以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目標(biāo)和策略,并重點(diǎn)介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程。然后,本文在對電力物流ERP應(yīng)用進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估指標(biāo)體系,提出了基于熵權(quán)法和模糊綜合評價(jià)法的電力物流ERP應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)模型,并應(yīng)用此模型對大興電力公司物流ERP應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評估,結(jié)果表明大興電力公司物流ERP應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)處于一般程度,更傾向于低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級,而且分析一級指標(biāo)權(quán)重可知電力物流ERP應(yīng)用中的管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)占的比重較大,其次是數(shù)據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后本文針對關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和數(shù)據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,針對次要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和軟件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)則也提出了控制措施。
[Abstract]:Because the traditional logistics management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern electric power enterprises, it is urgent for electric power enterprises to adopt information platform to manage their logistics scientifically and efficiently. Among them, the most representative is ERP.Using ERP to carry on scientific logistics management will make the electric power enterprise reduce the resources occupied by the logistics management and reduce the logistics cost to the maximum extent. However, there are still a variety of external and internal uncertainties in the application of ERP to logistics management in electric power enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the idea of risk management to carry out risk assessment and put forward risk control measures. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation of logistics management, existing problems and logistics management information strategy, discusses the basic principle of power logistics ERP, system design. Business process and function module and the actual application in the power enterprise material procurement and inventory management, and introduced the current situation of power logistics ERP application. Secondly. In this paper, the definition and characteristics of risk are introduced, the history and development of risk management, the objectives and strategies of risk management are discussed step by step, and the risk identification is emphasized. Risk assessment and risk control and other risk management processes. Then, this paper constructs the risk assessment index system on the basis of risk identification of power logistics ERP application. The application risk evaluation model of power logistics ERP based on entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward, and the application risk of Daxing power company logistics ERP is evaluated by using this model. The results show that the application risk of logistics ERP in Daxing Electric Power Company is in the general degree, and more tend to low risk level, and the analysis of the first class index weight shows that the proportion of management risk in the application of power logistics ERP is large. Finally, this paper puts forward the risk control measures for the key risk item management risk and data risk, and also puts forward the control measures for the secondary risk item environmental risk and software risk.
