【摘要】：金融是經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，對(duì)于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用，區(qū)域金融發(fā)展對(duì)于優(yōu)化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有重要貢獻(xiàn)。充分發(fā)揮區(qū)域金融的促進(jìn)作用，必須要準(zhǔn)確把握金融發(fā)展的階段，這就需要對(duì)區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的收斂性和溢出性做出實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)金融發(fā)展的研究已不少見(jiàn)，相關(guān)的理論發(fā)展已相對(duì)成熟，但是仍缺乏針對(duì)一個(gè)區(qū)域，特別是針對(duì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的實(shí)證研究。本文在區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的收斂性和溢出性的理論基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，對(duì)甘肅省金融發(fā)展的收斂性和溢出性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果和甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融發(fā)展實(shí)際，提出提升甘肅省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展階段的政策建議。本文的研究有助于將區(qū)域金融發(fā)展理論應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐，對(duì)于判斷甘肅省金融發(fā)展階段，指導(dǎo)甘肅省金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定等有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文包括如下六章。第一章是導(dǎo)論，交待了研究目的和意義，對(duì)相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述，，并介紹了本文的研究框架、主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。第二章梳理了區(qū)域金融發(fā)展收斂性與溢出性的相關(guān)理論，分析區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的溢出-收斂過(guò)程。第三章從總體和區(qū)域兩個(gè)方面概述甘肅省金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，說(shuō)明現(xiàn)階段甘肅省金融發(fā)展水平不高、金融業(yè)產(chǎn)值小、機(jī)構(gòu)組成和融資渠道單一、東西翼與核心區(qū)金融發(fā)展差異過(guò)大等特點(diǎn)。第四章是實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)部分，運(yùn)用σ收斂檢驗(yàn)方程、面板SLM、面板SEM模型等方法對(duì)甘肅省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展收斂性與溢出性進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，結(jié)果表明現(xiàn)階段甘肅省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展不存在收斂性、溢出性不明顯，尚處于金融集聚的初級(jí)階段。第五章根據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，簡(jiǎn)要分析甘肅省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展不存在收斂性、溢出性不明顯的原因。第六章提出提升甘肅省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展階段的政策建議，在加強(qiáng)蘭州地區(qū)金融集聚力度的同時(shí)，加快重點(diǎn)地區(qū)金融發(fā)展速度。
[Abstract]:Finance is the core of economy and plays an important role in promoting economic development. Regional financial development is important to optimize the regional industrial structure. Promoting regional economic growth has important contribution. To give full play to the promoting role of regional finance, we must accurately grasp the stage of financial development. This needs to make an empirical test of convergence and spillover of regional financial development. Domestic and foreign research on financial development is not uncommon, the relevant theory development has been relatively mature, but still lack of a region. Based on the theory of convergence and spillover of regional financial development, this paper combines the reality of economic and financial development in Gansu Province. This paper makes an empirical test on the convergence and spillover of the financial development in Gansu Province, and according to the research results and the reality of the economic and financial development of Gansu Province. The research in this paper is helpful to apply the theory of regional financial development to practice, to judge the stage of Gansu financial development, and to guide Gansu finance. The formulation of economic development strategy has certain realistic significance. This paper includes the following six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, explaining the purpose and significance of the research, summarizing the relevant literature, and introducing the research framework of this paper. The second chapter combs the regional financial development convergence and spillover theory. The third chapter summarizes the current situation of financial development in Gansu Province from the overall and regional aspects, indicating that the current level of financial development in Gansu Province is not high and the output value of the financial industry is small. The institutional composition and financing channels are single, and the differences between east-west and core-region financial development are too big. Chapter 4th is the empirical test part, using 蟽 convergence test equation, panel SLM. Panel SEM model and other methods of regional financial development in Gansu Province convergence and spillover empirical test, the results show that the current regional financial development in Gansu Province does not have convergence, spillover is not obvious. Chapter 5th based on the empirical test results, combined with the actual situation, a brief analysis of the regional financial development in Gansu Province does not have convergence. Chapter 6th puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the regional financial development stage in Gansu Province, and accelerate the development of key regions while strengthening the financial agglomeration in Lanzhou.
