【摘要】:2009年國務(wù)院頒布了《物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》,將物流產(chǎn)業(yè)列為十大振興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,并在《國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展第十二個五年規(guī)劃綱要》中要求物流產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展模式,由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變,大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流,建設(shè)區(qū)域性物流中心。而目前中國物流產(chǎn)業(yè)卻呈現(xiàn)一種以規(guī)模擴(kuò)張為主的增長態(tài)勢,那么在規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),我們的收益到底如何呢?物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入與產(chǎn)出的比例是否在一個合理的范圍之內(nèi)呢?簡單的說就是物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的效率處于什么樣的發(fā)展水平呢?物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的高低直接影響物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,是物流產(chǎn)業(yè)振興和發(fā)展的重要手段,對于物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率問題的研究成為衡量一個地區(qū)物流業(yè)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)較為直觀的指標(biāo)。因此,為保證區(qū)域物流業(yè)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,開展各地區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率問題的研究有著重大意義。 本文首先對效率內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,并對效率進(jìn)行了分解,探究了產(chǎn)業(yè)效率促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)理,概括總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的研究成果。而后提出了本文所采用的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)方法及曼奎斯特生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)客觀評價(jià)省域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的思想,并對數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析及曼奎斯特生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)的理論及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究和介紹,介紹了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的固定規(guī)模報(bào)酬模型(C2R)和變動規(guī)模報(bào)酬模型(BC2)的建立過程,以及運(yùn)用曼奎斯特生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)方法將全要素生產(chǎn)率分解為技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)效率兩個部分來尋找其增長的源泉,闡明了模型的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。其次建立投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)體系,利用DEAPVersion2.1來評價(jià)31個省、自治區(qū)、直轄市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率,計(jì)算得出我國31個省區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的相對總技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率以及規(guī)模效率,并運(yùn)用曼奎斯特生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)計(jì)算得出物流產(chǎn)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率變動情況,從縱向和橫向?qū)?1個省區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率進(jìn)行比較分析。再次,對影響物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的因素進(jìn)行分析,選取了物流資源投入水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、城鎮(zhèn)化水平、區(qū)位專業(yè)化條件和物流信息化水平五大方面因素指標(biāo),運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析來判斷這些因素對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率產(chǎn)生的影響和重要程度,得出物流信息化對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率影響較為顯著。最后,在歸納了理論研究和進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了本文研究結(jié)論,并針對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的效率偏低問題,結(jié)合中國實(shí)際,給出了提升物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In 2009 the State Council promulgated the "logistics industry restructuring and revitalization plan", the logistics industry as one of the top ten industrial revitalization, and the requirements of logistics industry transformation of development mode in the "national economic and social development Twelfth Five Year Plan", from extensive to intensive, vigorously develop modern logistics, the construction of regional logistics at present, China logistics center. It's an industry to the expansion of the scale of growth, so in expanding at the same time, we return to the end? The input and output of the logistics industry the proportion is in a reasonable range? Simply efficiency is the logistics industry in the development level of what like? The development of logistics industry will directly affect the efficiency of the logistics industry, the logistics industry is an important means of revitalization and development, for the study of the efficiency of the logistics industry as a measure Therefore, in order to ensure the sustained, stable and coordinated development of regional logistics industry, it is of great significance to study the efficiency of logistics industry in different regions.
This paper first defines the connotation of efficiency, and the efficiency of the decomposition mechanism, explores the efficiency of the industry to promote the development of industry, summarizes the present research achievement of logistics industry efficiency. Then it puts forward the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and Man Quist index objective evaluation of provincial logistics industry efficiency thought, and the theory and application of data envelopment analysis and Manquis productivity index are studied and introduced the system, introduced the fixed scale model of data envelopment analysis (C2R) and variable returns to scale model (BC2) of the building process, and the use of Man Quist productivity index approach to TFP is decomposed into two parts technical progress and technical efficiency to find the source of growth, clarify the economic significance of the models. Secondly, the input-output index system, using DEAP Version2.1 evaluation of 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, the efficiency of the logistics industry, the efficiency of technology is calculated relative to the total 31 provinces of our country logistics industry, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and the use of Man Quist productivity index calculated the total factor productivity of logistics industry changes, compared from the vertical and horizontal analysis of 31 provinces logistics the efficiency of the industry. Thirdly, the influence factors of logistics industry efficiency analysis, select the logistics resources input level, economic development level, urbanization level, regional specialization and logistics information level five factors index, using the panel data regression analysis to determine the impact of these factors on the efficiency of the logistics industry and the important the degree of influence on the efficiency of the logistics informatization logistics industry is more significant. Finally, the empirical research based on theoretical research and summarized This paper summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of logistics industry combined with the reality of China, aiming at the low efficiency in the development of logistics industry.
