【摘要】：摘要：當(dāng)前我國社會正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展與社會結(jié)構(gòu)急劇變革的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,在政府與市場雙重失靈的情況下,社會治理面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),社會治理主體日趨多元化,社會組織由于自身的“非政府性”與“非營利性”,可以有效的解決社會發(fā)展遇到的新問題。在功能結(jié)構(gòu)主義與市民社會理論的支持下,以社會組織為代表的第三方參與社會建設(shè)具有重要的理論支撐。因此探究社會組織參與社會建設(shè)具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以社會組織參與新型城鎮(zhèn)化為研究基礎(chǔ),以功能結(jié)構(gòu)主義為分析視角,為社會治理多元化提供理論支持；以市民社會理論為指導(dǎo),探究社會參與的重要性,為社會組織參與新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)打下基礎(chǔ)。本文重點(diǎn)將社會組織與新型城鎮(zhèn)化連接起來,同時(shí)結(jié)合經(jīng)典個(gè)案分析我國社會組織參與新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的具體實(shí)踐,深入發(fā)掘社會組織的巨大效能以及遇到的障礙,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外理論與經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出解決對策,試圖探索適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展需要的社會組織功能與作用的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:Abstract: at present, our society is in a period of rapid economic development and social structure change, the government failure and market failure under the condition of social governance is facing new challenges, social governance increasingly diversified, social organizations because of its "non government" and "non-profit", can effectively solve the problems of social development encountered new problems. In the theory of structuralism and function of civil society under the support of the social organizations on behalf of the third party to participate in social construction has important theoretical support. Therefore exploring social organization has important theoretical value and practical significance in social construction. This paper takes social organizations to participate in the new urbanization as the research foundation, in order to function analysis from the perspective of structuralism, provide theoretical support for the diversification of social governance; civil society theory, explore the importance of community participation, Lay the foundation for social organizations to participate in the construction of new urbanization. This paper will connect the social organization and the new urbanization, combined with the classic case analysis of the concrete practice of China's social organizations to participate in the construction of new urbanization, deeply explore the great efficiency of social organization and obstacles, combined with domestic and foreign theory and experience, countermeasures to achieve, trying to explore the path of social organization and the needs of social development.
