【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化以及對外開放的政策日趨成熟,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展讓全世界為之震驚。現(xiàn)代物流作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“第三利潤源”,對于現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)未來的發(fā)展航向應(yīng)從國家經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略的高度來進(jìn)行考慮,通過發(fā)展物流來提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和降低資源損耗率,更重要的是要使物流發(fā)展成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的源動(dòng)力,增強(qiáng)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的續(xù)航力�？茖W(xué)有效地根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐沫h(huán)境、條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,合理地確定物流園區(qū)的功能定位和選址,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)《株洲市土地利用總體規(guī)劃(2006-2020)》,加快攸縣建設(shè),以帶動(dòng)市域中部、南部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。此外,依托煤電一體化項(xiàng)目建設(shè),將攸縣打造成長株潭城市群的原材料供應(yīng)地,使之成為湖南省重要的能源供應(yīng)基地,并大力發(fā)展攸縣本土的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)業(yè),建成湘東南——贛西北地區(qū)物流服務(wù)中心城市。為使攸縣成為長株潭城市群的次中心城市,加快物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的步伐,本文根據(jù)論述研究背景與研究意義,進(jìn)而分析國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,詳盡闡釋了研究對象的物流與交通產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)劃,為物流園區(qū)的功能定位與選址研究打下基礎(chǔ)；通過建立物流園區(qū)空間類型評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用SPSS 16.0軟件,在進(jìn)行主成分分析對指標(biāo)做降維處理后再使用聚類分析對物流園區(qū)空間類型進(jìn)行劃分,同時(shí)結(jié)合物流需求分析和物流園區(qū)空間類型對物流園區(qū)的功能進(jìn)行定位；在對攸縣物流園區(qū)進(jìn)行功能定位之后,采用定性與定量結(jié)合的方法對該物流園區(qū)的選址進(jìn)行研究,采用定量分析中的連續(xù)選址來確定物流園區(qū)的備選地址,然后采用定性分析中的組合評價(jià)方法對備選地址的進(jìn)行評估,最終獲得物流園區(qū)最優(yōu)的選址結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the global integration of economy and the policy of opening to the outside world, the rapid development of Chinese economy has shocked the whole world. Modern logistics is the "third profit source" of economic development. The future development of modern logistics industry should be considered from the perspective of national economic strategy, through the development of logistics to improve labor productivity and reduce the rate of resource loss. What is more important is to make the logistics development become the source power of the healthy and stable development of the national economy, strengthen the continuation of China's economic development, scientifically and effectively according to the local environment, conditions and the level of economic development. It is of great practical significance to determine the function orientation and location of logistics park reasonably. According to the General Plan for Land use of Zhuzhou City 2006-2020), we should speed up the construction of you County. In order to promote the economic development of the central and southern part of the city. In addition, relying on the coal-power integration project, you County will be built into a raw material supply site of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, making it an important energy supply base in Hunan Province. In order to make Youxian become the sub-central city of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, we should speed up the construction of logistics park. According to the background and significance of the research, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of logistics parks at home and abroad, and explains the development status and planning of logistics and transportation industry in detail. It lays a foundation for the study of the location and function of the logistics park. Through the establishment of logistics park space type evaluation index system, the use of SPSS 16.0 software. After dimensionality reduction, cluster analysis is used to classify the spatial types of logistics parks. At the same time, the function of logistics parks is positioned by combining logistics demand analysis and space types of logistics parks. After the functional positioning of the logistics park in you County, the location of the logistics park is studied by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the alternative address of the logistics park is determined by the continuous location in quantitative analysis. Then the combination evaluation method of qualitative analysis is used to evaluate the alternative address, and finally the optimal location result of logistics park is obtained.
