【摘要】:內(nèi)江位于四川省東南部,東連重慶,西接成都,南靠自貢、宜賓、瀘州,北通資陽、遂寧,是距離重慶市最近的川內(nèi)地級市,是連接成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)成渝雙核的區(qū)域性中心城市。國家鼓勵和支持物流業(yè)發(fā)展,物流對促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)作用日益凸顯。內(nèi)江周邊地市正在迅速搶灘物流市場,自貢、遂寧、資陽、瀘州、宜賓等都在爭奪川渝滇黔結(jié)合部的區(qū)域物流中心地位,各自依托自身的交通條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、區(qū)位條件等相繼出臺了本地物流業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,物流園區(qū)、物流中心也如雨后春筍般不斷涌現(xiàn)。很明顯,誰率先占領(lǐng)區(qū)域物流中心地位,誰就將在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占得先機(jī)。本文以實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為背景,介紹國內(nèi)外物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)分析了內(nèi)江市的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、物流交通環(huán)境、成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)位和產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況,運(yùn)用相關(guān)分析和彈性分析對內(nèi)江物流產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析,得出內(nèi)江市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的正相關(guān)性關(guān)系。采用指數(shù)平滑預(yù)測模型、ARIMA預(yù)測模型、指數(shù)預(yù)測模型和回歸分析預(yù)測模型對內(nèi)江市未來的物流發(fā)生量進(jìn)行預(yù)測,然后對各個(gè)預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,得出最優(yōu)的二項(xiàng)式回歸分析模型預(yù)測結(jié)果。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模計(jì)算方法,計(jì)算出內(nèi)江市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量約8.48個(gè)和需求物流園區(qū)規(guī)模約為12100畝。構(gòu)建了內(nèi)江兩區(qū)三縣“二基地七中心”的物流體系。運(yùn)用案例對內(nèi)江市的物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的選址進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,基于調(diào)研和定性的方法對案例節(jié)點(diǎn)的選址進(jìn)行需求分析、節(jié)點(diǎn)選取分析、節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)展思路描述。論文的研究內(nèi)容對于實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)江市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)合理規(guī)劃具有一定的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Neijiang is located in the southeast of Sichuan Province, east of Chongqing, West Chengdu, South Zigong, Yibin, Luzhou, North Ziyang, Suining, is from Chongqing city recently in Sichuan prefecture level city, is connected with the Chengdu Chongqing Economic Zone Chengdu dual core of the regional center of the city. The State encourages and supports the development of the logistics industry, and logistics plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting the local economy. Neijiang surrounding the city is quickly seize the logistics market, Zigong, Suining, Ziyang, Luzhou and Yibin are the combination of the regional logistics center in Sichuan Yunnan Guizhou status for each, relying on their traffic conditions, industrial base, geographic conditions, have issued a local development plan of logistics industry, logistics park, logistics center such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain come into being. Obviously, who takes the lead in occupying the status of the regional logistics center, who will take the lead in the development of the market economy. This thesis introduces the development status of domestic and international logistics industry, a detailed analysis of Neijiang city's social and economic development, logistics and transportation environment, Chengdu Chongqing economic location and industry situation, analysis of Neijiang logistics industry and economic development were analyzed by correlation analysis and elasticity, a positive correlation between the economic development and logistics industry the development of Neijiang city. By using the exponential smoothing model, ARIMA prediction model, exponential model and regression analysis model for the future of Neijiang city logistics forecast, and then each forecast data analysis, prediction result analysis model to obtain the optimal binomial regression. According to the calculation method of logistics node scale both at home and abroad, the number of logistics nodes in Neijiang is about 8.48 and the scale of demand logistics park is about 12100 mu. The logistics system of "two bases and seven centers" in the three counties of the two district of Neijiang is constructed. Through case study, the location of logistics nodes in Neijiang is analyzed empirically. Based on survey and qualitative method, demand analysis, node selection and node development are described. The research content of this paper has a certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the realization of the rational planning of modern logistics industry in Neijiang.
