【摘要】：某個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)主要依靠?jī)蓚�(gè)重要因素：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化,這在許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中得到驗(yàn)證。伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)張,各種產(chǎn)業(yè)也在逐漸的向城市匯集,同時(shí),產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間集聚過(guò)程也為城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展會(huì)產(chǎn)生明顯的外部規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),這為城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展補(bǔ)充了各種要素,成為城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的載體,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展又使得集群內(nèi)各產(chǎn)業(yè)互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng)相互促進(jìn),加速產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而為城市發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),有力地推動(dòng)了城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程。但是在我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中,許多地方往往將二者的發(fā)展割裂開(kāi)來(lái),這種割裂顯然不利于區(qū)域整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效運(yùn)行,鑒于此,本文將以皖江城市帶為研究落腳點(diǎn),從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)來(lái)研究本區(qū)域的城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程,揭示二者之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。 本文從理論與實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面研究了皖江城市帶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的關(guān)系。理論方面,主要闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)理論,繼而對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群之間相關(guān)性理論進(jìn)行分析。實(shí)證方面,運(yùn)用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)對(duì)皖江城市帶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化二者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了因果性檢驗(yàn),從實(shí)證方面揭示二者之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。在理論及實(shí)證方面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了相關(guān)政策建議以及適合皖江城市帶本地特點(diǎn)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式,希望通過(guò)這些政策及互動(dòng)發(fā)展模式可以促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者之間的良性互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:The economic growth of a certain region depends mainly on two important factors: Industrial Cluster and urbanization, which is verified in the process of economic development in many developed countries. Along with the continuous expansion of the scale of cities and towns, various industries are also gradually gathering to the cities. Meanwhile, the process of spatial agglomeration also provides powerful impetus for the emergence and development of urbanization. The development of industrial clusters will produce external scale economy effect is obvious, it added the various elements for the development of urbanization, become the carrier of the development of urbanization, the development of industrial cluster and the industrial cluster competition and promote each other, accelerate the development of the industry, and laid a solid economic foundation for the development of the city, effectively to promote the process of urbanization. But in the process of urbanization in China, many places tend to split the two open development, effective operation, this split is obviously not conducive to the overall regional economic in view of this, this paper will study the foothold in the belt of Wanjiang City, starting the process of urbanization of the region from the industrial cluster development angle, internal to reveal the relationship between the two.
