威海供電公司農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高,社會(huì)不斷地發(fā)展進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)也在不斷地發(fā)展,人民對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的要求也在提高。各市供電公司農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理的水平也都各不相同,如何有效的提高管理系統(tǒng)的工作效率成為了威海供電公司關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。該論文針對(duì)目前的供電管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)對(duì)威海市供電公司農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),提高威海供電公司農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理的工作效率,使電力的各項(xiàng)工作能夠高效運(yùn)行,安全性高、可靠性高、功能性強(qiáng),提高管理水平,降低成本優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,切實(shí)為人民著想。該系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)是根據(jù)當(dāng)下最為流行的開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)和農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理的實(shí)際情況,采用三大框架SSH:Struts、Spring、Hibernate開(kāi)發(fā)模式。SSH中使用Struts框架將MVC分離開(kāi),把相應(yīng)頁(yè)面展示出來(lái);用Hibernate框架完成用戶與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)之間的交互,使用Spring框架結(jié)構(gòu)的目的是處理各業(yè)務(wù)模塊間的邏輯。采用SQLServer 2014作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)。威海供電公司農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了電網(wǎng)資源、檢修、運(yùn)行、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、小水電的管理。電網(wǎng)資源管理業(yè)務(wù)分為四個(gè)管理功能,分別是電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)10kv線路管理,電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)臺(tái)區(qū)管理,接線圖管理和查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理。檢修管理業(yè)務(wù)根據(jù)不同的功能分為停電檢修記錄管理,設(shè)備檢修管理,事故搶修值班管理和查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理四部分。運(yùn)行管理業(yè)務(wù)包括巡視管理,評(píng)級(jí)管理,缺陷管理,測(cè)試周期,運(yùn)行記錄,設(shè)備異動(dòng),生產(chǎn)工具器、儀器儀表,備品備件管理,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)管理和查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理業(yè)務(wù),F(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理分為兩大部分:指導(dǎo)卡管理和安全監(jiān)管管理。小水電站的管理可以概括為基本信息管理,大壩安全管理,防汛檢查管理,班組人員管理,安全隱患管理,安全生產(chǎn)評(píng)級(jí)管理六大功能。系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行提高了工作效率,安全性高,操作簡(jiǎn)潔方便,輔助威海供電公司管理工作的開(kāi)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)管理的自動(dòng)化,降低了成本,對(duì)更進(jìn)一步的提高農(nóng)電生產(chǎn)的管理水平和更好更快的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the continuous development and progress of society, the continuous development of economy, and the people's requirements for the quality of life are also improving. The level of agricultural power production management of power supply companies in different cities is also different, how to effectively improve the efficiency of the management system has become the focus of attention of Weihai Power supply Company. This paper studies the present situation of power supply management, through the design of agricultural power production management system of Weihai Power supply Company, improves the working efficiency of agricultural power production management of Weihai Power supply Company, and makes the work of electric power can run efficiently. High security, high reliability, strong functionality, improve management level, reduce costs to optimize business processes, effectively think of the people. According to the most popular development technology and the actual situation of agricultural power production management, the technical architecture of the system adopts three frameworks SSH:Struts,Spring,Hibernate development mode. Struts framework is used to separate MVC and display the corresponding pages. The Hibernate framework is used to complete the interaction between the user and the database, and the purpose of using the Spring framework structure is to deal with the logic among the business modules. SQLServer 2014 is used as database service. The agricultural power production management system of Weihai Power supply Company realizes the management of power grid resources, maintenance, operation, field standardization and small hydropower. Power grid resource management business is divided into four management functions, namely, power grid structure 10kv line management, power grid structure station area management, wiring diagram management and query statistical management. According to different functions, maintenance management business can be divided into four parts: power outage maintenance record management, equipment maintenance management, accident emergency repair duty management and query statistical management. Operation management business includes inspection management, rating management, defect management, test cycle, operation record, equipment movement, production tool, instrument, spare parts management, production technology training management and query statistical management business. Site standardization management is divided into two parts: guidance card management and safety supervision and management. The management of small hydropower stations can be summarized as six functions: basic information management, dam safety management, flood control inspection management, team personnel management, safety hidden danger management and safety production rating management. The normal operation of the system improves the working efficiency, the high security, the simple and convenient operation, assists the development of the management work of Weihai Power supply Company, realizes the automation of the system management, and reduces the cost. It lays a foundation for further improvement of the management level and better and faster development of agricultural power production.
