【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息系統(tǒng)的快速發(fā)展,對政府部門的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力提出了更高的要求。為朝陽區(qū)相關(guān)部門開發(fā)一個(gè)企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng),提高了企業(yè)信息的獲取能力、決策能力、和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。作為國家產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)職能部門,與商務(wù)相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)大量存在,在數(shù)據(jù)走向信息化的今天,商務(wù)委的角色已不再是單純的數(shù)據(jù)使用者,而是逐步成為綜合數(shù)據(jù)分析和信息服務(wù)的提供者。如何從這些大量數(shù)據(jù)提取出隱含的、未知的、可信的、有效的信息成為統(tǒng)計(jì)信息化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)。企業(yè)管理的職責(zé)是對企業(yè)進(jìn)行計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)和控制�？偛科髽I(yè)管理是對企業(yè)有效進(jìn)行計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)和控制的重要依據(jù)。因此,必須強(qiáng)化統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作,充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)分析作用。本文詳細(xì)論述了朝陽區(qū)總部企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。根據(jù)應(yīng)用需求,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體規(guī)劃和功能劃分,采取模塊設(shè)計(jì)、分層設(shè)計(jì)的思路,最終構(gòu)建了企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)。具體分為系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、用戶管理、前臺信息管理、企業(yè)管理、經(jīng)營管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表。本系統(tǒng)采用軟件工程的思想和方法,把結(jié)構(gòu)化模型和生命周期法應(yīng)用到該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)之中。通過對朝陽區(qū)總部企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)的背景、意義和國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并提出本文主要工作內(nèi)容;然后介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)用到的主要技術(shù);聯(lián)合工作實(shí)際,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)需求分析并設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu);細(xì)化了功能模塊,利用時(shí)序圖和活動圖對功能流程進(jìn)行說明。朝陽區(qū)總部企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)使用C#技術(shù)構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)三層框架,結(jié)合SqlServer2012數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分布式管理,并使用水晶報(bào)表對企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)進(jìn)行圖表分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer network technology and information system, a higher requirement for the data analysis ability of government departments is put forward. An enterprise statistical analysis system is developed for related departments in Chaoyang District, which improves the ability of enterprise information acquisition, decision-making and data analysis. As a national industrial and economic functional department, a large number of business-related statistics and economic data exist. Today, with the data coming to information, the role of the Commerce Commission is no longer a mere data user. It is gradually becoming a provider of integrated data analysis and information services. How to extract implicit, unknown, credible and effective information from these large amounts of data has become the focus of statistical information construction. The responsibility of business management is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the enterprise. Headquarters enterprise management is an important basis for effective planning, organization, coordination and control of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the work of statistical analysis and give full play to the role of statistical analysis. This paper discusses the design and realization of the enterprise statistical analysis system in Chaoyang District in detail. According to the application requirements, the overall planning and function division of the system is carried out, and the idea of module design and hierarchical design is adopted. Finally, an enterprise statistical analysis system is constructed. Specifically divided into system settings, user management, foreground information management, business management, statistical reports. This system adopts the thought and method of software engineering, and applies the structured model and life cycle method to the development of the system. Through the analysis of the background, significance and domestic and international status of the enterprise statistical analysis system in Chaoyang District, the main work contents of this paper are put forward, and then the main technologies used in the system development are introduced. The system requirement is analyzed and the database structure is designed, the function module is refined, and the function flow is explained by using time sequence diagram and activity diagram. Chaoyang headquarter enterprise statistics and analysis system uses C # technology to construct three-tier framework of the system, combined with SqlServer2012 database, to realize data distributed management, and to use crystal report to carry on chart analysis to enterprise statistics.
