【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟水平的提高,汽車物流在國內(nèi)外迅速的發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟的全球化推動了全球汽車生產(chǎn)力的大發(fā)展,加速了世界經(jīng)濟的增長。汽車零配件物流體系是連接汽車上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的橋梁。隨著汽車工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,汽車廠商間的競爭已從單純的技術(shù)、價格等單要素轉(zhuǎn)向總體價值鏈的競爭。一個高效、穩(wěn)健的汽車零配件物流體系無疑在汽車廠商價值鏈競爭中扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色。汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)與零配件供應(yīng)企業(yè)必須依賴于高效的零配件物流系統(tǒng)才能實現(xiàn)無縫對接,提升零配件運作效率,打造自身的核心競爭力。論文首先對選題背景做了簡單介紹,指出汽車零配件物流系統(tǒng)對于汽車工業(yè)的現(xiàn)實意義;并對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)汽車零配件方面的理論和文獻資料進行了概述;討論了汽車零配件物流體系的相關(guān)知識體系,進行汽車零配件物流系統(tǒng)的需求分析,通過對汽車零配件物流特點、模式的分析,設(shè)計了物流系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),最后實現(xiàn)了物流系統(tǒng)中的主要功能。論文采用微軟的.Net開發(fā)平臺開發(fā),公司服務(wù)器端的操作系統(tǒng)則懫用Windows 2010 Data server,數(shù)據(jù)庫則采用SQL Server 2010。系統(tǒng)符合汽車零配件行業(yè)的要求,能夠幫助其有效、科學(xué)的對汽車零配件進行管理。論文討論了系統(tǒng)中主要功能模塊的實現(xiàn),包括登錄界面、系統(tǒng)管理、入庫管理、出庫管理、查詢統(tǒng)計模塊、數(shù)據(jù)維護模塊等等,通過系統(tǒng)的功能與性能測試,證明系統(tǒng)在性能與功能方面達到了預(yù)期的要求。系統(tǒng)運行至今狀況良好,大大規(guī)范了公司所有業(yè)務(wù)操作流程,大大降低了人為錯誤出現(xiàn)的概率,有效提升了公司運營效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the improvement of the economic level, the automobile logistics has developed rapidly at home and abroad. The globalization of economy has promoted the great development of global automobile productivity and accelerated the growth of the world economy. The automobile spare parts logistics system is a bridge connecting the upstream and downstream industries of the automobile. With the development of the automobile industry, the competition between the automobile manufacturers has shifted from the simple technology, the price and other single factors to the competition of the total value chain. An efficient and robust system of automobile spare parts logistics plays a very important role in the competition of the value chain of automobile manufacturers. The automobile production enterprise and the spare parts supply enterprise must rely on the high-efficiency spare parts logistics system to realize the seamless butt joint, improve the operation efficiency of the spare parts and build the core competitiveness of the automobile. The paper firstly introduces the background of the topic selection, points out the practical significance of the automobile spare parts logistics system to the automobile industry, and provides an overview of the theory and the literature on the automobile parts and accessories at home and abroad, and discusses the relevant knowledge system of the automobile spare parts logistics system, The demand analysis of the automobile spare parts logistics system is carried out, and the function structure and the database structure of the logistics system are designed through the analysis of the characteristic and mode of the automobile spare parts logistics, and the main functions in the logistics system are finally realized. The paper uses Microsoft. For the development of the Net Development Platform, the operating system on the server side of the company uses the Windows 2010 Data server, and the database uses SQL Server 2010. The system is in line with the requirements of the automobile spare parts industry, and can help the automobile spare parts to be managed effectively and scientifically. This paper discusses the implementation of the main function modules in the system, including the login interface, the system management, the receipt management, the issue management, the query statistics module, the data maintenance module and so on, through the function and performance test of the system, it is proved that the system has met the expected requirements in terms of performance and function. The operation of the system is in good condition so far, so that all the business operation processes of the company are greatly standardized, the probability of human error occurrence is greatly reduced, and the operation efficiency of the company is effectively improved.
