M中職學(xué)校學(xué)生就業(yè)期望影響因素研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)高中教育階段的一個(gè)重要組成部分,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)專業(yè)技能人才的重要任務(wù)。多年以來(lái),我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育為社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大量具有專業(yè)理論知識(shí)、熟練操作技能和良好教育素質(zhì)的勞動(dòng)者。但隨著市場(chǎng)化改革的逐步推進(jìn)以及高等院校大幅擴(kuò)大招生規(guī)模,面對(duì)日趨嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)和日益激烈的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),跟大學(xué)生相比,處于就業(yè)劣勢(shì)的中職畢業(yè)生,由于年齡、知識(shí)、社會(huì)經(jīng)歷、家庭等多方面因素的影響,有著不成熟的就業(yè)心理和期望,從而影響了他們的正常就業(yè),加之中等職業(yè)教育體制改革還沒(méi)有較好地適應(yīng)新變化、新形勢(shì),中等職業(yè)學(xué)校普遍面臨較大的招生和就業(yè)壓力,有不少學(xué)校已經(jīng)步入了窘境。但是隨著中等職業(yè)教育的不斷向前發(fā)展,會(huì)有越來(lái)越多的中職畢業(yè)生走向社會(huì),成為社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的生力軍。在這種發(fā)展與問(wèn)題并存的情況下,培養(yǎng)和幫助學(xué)生形成合理的就業(yè)期望,促進(jìn)學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)順利就業(yè),就成為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校、社會(huì)和政府必須重視的問(wèn)題。就業(yè)期望是人們?cè)诰蜆I(yè)時(shí)對(duì)工資福利、工作地點(diǎn)、單位性質(zhì)等因素的整體考量和預(yù)期,本文以M中職學(xué)校的準(zhǔn)畢業(yè)生為研究樣本,首先從基本情況、個(gè)人能力評(píng)價(jià)、就業(yè)認(rèn)知和就業(yè)期望等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。然后從客觀和主觀兩個(gè)維度分析了潛在影響因素對(duì)薪酬福利、就業(yè)地區(qū)和就業(yè)單位性質(zhì)等就業(yè)期望的影響。在客觀影響因素方面,本文利用統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)比和相關(guān)性分析等方法分析了性別、專業(yè)類別、專業(yè)成績(jī)、家庭所在地和社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷等對(duì)薪酬福利、就業(yè)地區(qū)和就業(yè)單位性質(zhì)等就業(yè)期望的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)專業(yè)類別對(duì)M中職學(xué)校學(xué)生的就業(yè)地區(qū)期望有顯著影響、專業(yè)成績(jī)對(duì)M中職學(xué)校學(xué)生的就業(yè)單位性質(zhì)期望有顯著影響,其他客觀因素對(duì)就業(yè)期望均無(wú)明顯影響。在主觀因素方面,本文利用因子分析和回歸分析等方法分析了M中職學(xué)校學(xué)生的個(gè)人能力評(píng)價(jià)和就業(yè)認(rèn)知對(duì)就業(yè)期望的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)M中職學(xué)校學(xué)生的個(gè)人能力評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)就業(yè)單位性質(zhì)期望有顯著影響,而就業(yè)認(rèn)知對(duì)就業(yè)期望無(wú)明顯影響。最后,基于結(jié)論提出了改善中職學(xué)校學(xué)生就業(yè)期望的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in our country. For many years, China's secondary vocational education has trained a large number of workers with professional theoretical knowledge, skilled operation skills and good educational quality for socialist economic construction. However, with the gradual promotion of market-oriented reform and the substantial expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, faced with the increasingly severe employment situation and the increasingly fierce employment competition, compared with college students, secondary vocational school graduates who are at a disadvantage in employment, because of their age, The influence of many factors, such as knowledge, social experience, family and so on, has had immature psychology and expectation of employment, which has affected their normal employment. In addition, the reform of the secondary vocational education system has not adapted well to the new changes and the new situation. Secondary vocational schools generally face greater recruitment and employment pressure, many schools have entered a difficult situation. But with the continuous development of secondary vocational education, more and more secondary vocational school graduates will go to the society and become the new force of socialist economic construction. Under the condition that this kind of development coexists with problems, cultivating and helping students to form reasonable employment expectation and promoting students to obtain employment smoothly becomes a problem that the society and government must pay attention to. Employment expectation is the overall consideration and expectation of the factors such as salary, welfare, workplace, unit nature and so on. This paper takes the prospective graduates of secondary vocational school in M as the research sample, first of all, from the basic situation, individual ability evaluation. The employment cognition and employment expectation are analyzed in four aspects. Then it analyzes the influence of potential influencing factors on employment expectation from objective and subjective aspects such as salary and welfare, employment area and nature of employment unit. In terms of objective influencing factors, this paper analyzes the effects of gender, professional category, professional achievement, family location and social practice on salary and welfare by means of statistical comparison and correlation analysis. The influence of employment expectation, such as the nature of employment area and the nature of employment unit, shows that the category of major has a significant influence on the expectation of employment area of students in secondary vocational school, and the professional achievement has a significant effect on the expectation of nature of employment unit of students in secondary school of M vocational school. Other objective factors have no obvious influence on employment expectation. In terms of subjective factors, this paper uses factor analysis and regression analysis methods to analyze the impact of students' personal ability evaluation and employment cognition on employment expectations. It is found that the evaluation of students' personal ability has a significant influence on the expectation of the nature of the employment unit, but the employment cognition has no obvious effect on the expectation of employment. Finally, based on the conclusion, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the students' expectation of employment in secondary vocational schools.
