配網(wǎng)故障定位在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)由許多設(shè)備組成其中包括架空線路、電纜、電線桿、配電變壓器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)及一些附屬設(shè)施等,其在輸電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中起著分配電能的作用。配電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性,具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)意義,是城市和農(nóng)村安全用電的保障。近年來(lái),隨著電網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展壯大,電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定性和安全性受到了極大的考驗(yàn),雖然各級(jí)電網(wǎng)公司為配電網(wǎng)的改造投入了大量資金,其中就包括城網(wǎng)和農(nóng)村輸電線路的改造,但配網(wǎng)架空線路仍有許多難題需要解決。針對(duì)配網(wǎng)在架空線上所存在的問(wèn)題,本論文旨在設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)關(guān)于配網(wǎng)在架空線方面的監(jiān)控服務(wù)信息平臺(tái),對(duì)各級(jí)省市的配網(wǎng)架空線方面的安全監(jiān)控、服務(wù)解決能力、信息處理速率提供支撐。同時(shí),通過(guò)配網(wǎng)故障定位在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)做到故障的快速查找,縮短停電時(shí)間,減少停電損失,提高作業(yè)自動(dòng)化和信息化水平。本論文的主要來(lái)源是本人實(shí)習(xí)公司的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,本項(xiàng)目嚴(yán)格遵照軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的流程,包括項(xiàng)目需求分析、系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、代碼編寫(xiě)與軟件測(cè)試等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。配網(wǎng)故障定位在線監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)主要由故障指示器和系統(tǒng)主站組成。本項(xiàng)目屬于多人合作完成項(xiàng)目,其中本人承擔(dān)主站軟件前臺(tái)界面、后臺(tái)邏輯處理和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作等部分,包含配置管理模塊、告警管理模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、監(jiān)控模塊、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊五個(gè)模塊。其中配置管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)警信息的格式管理,即報(bào)警信息包含哪些相關(guān)內(nèi)容。告警管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)告警信息的顯示和故障歷史記錄查詢。系統(tǒng)管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)某些變電裝置信息實(shí)行管控,如:變電站管理,線路管理等。監(jiān)控模塊主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)輸電線上的某些信息進(jìn)行管理并顯示故障可能發(fā)生的大致位置。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)并以折線圖的方式顯示。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)所涉及的技術(shù)包括JSP,Spring,ibatis,DWR等,使用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。本系統(tǒng)的一期工程如今已建成并投入試運(yùn)行。通過(guò)在部署該系統(tǒng)的地區(qū)與沒(méi)部署該系統(tǒng)的地區(qū)比較后得出結(jié)論,部署該系統(tǒng)地區(qū)的配網(wǎng)工作者效率比沒(méi)有部署該系統(tǒng)地區(qū)的配網(wǎng)工作者效率有明顯的提高�?傮w來(lái)說(shuō)一期建設(shè)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:The distribution network is composed of many equipments, including overhead lines, cables, poles, distribution transformers, isolators and some ancillary facilities, which play a role in the distribution of electric energy in the transmission network system. The stability and safety of distribution network is of great economic and social significance and is the guarantee of safe power consumption in urban and rural areas. In recent years, with the continuous development of the power grid, the stability and security of the power grid have been greatly tested. Although the power grid companies at all levels have invested a lot of funds for the transformation of the distribution network, including the transformation of urban and rural transmission lines, However, there are still many problems to be solved for overhead distribution lines. Aiming at the existing problems of distribution network on overhead lines, this paper aims to design and implement a monitoring and service information platform for distribution networks in aerial lines, and to monitor the security of distribution network overhead lines at all levels, and to solve the problems. Information processing rate provides support. At the same time, through the on-line monitoring and management system of fault location in distribution network, the fault can be found quickly, the blackout time can be shortened, the power loss can be reduced, and the level of automation and information can be improved. The main source of this paper is the actual engineering project of my internship company. This project strictly follows the flow of software development, including project requirement analysis, system outline design, system detailed design and implementation. Code writing and software testing and other links. The online monitoring and management system of distribution network fault location mainly consists of fault indicator and system master station. The project belongs to multi-person cooperation to complete the project, in which I undertake the main station software front interface, background logic processing and database operation and other parts, including configuration management module, alarm management module, system management module, monitoring module, etc. Five modules of data statistics module. The configuration management module mainly realizes the format management of alarm information, that is, what the alarm information contains. Alarm management module mainly realizes alarm information display and fault history query. The system management module mainly realizes the management of some substation information, such as substation management, line management and so on. Monitoring module mainly realizes the management of some information on transmission line and shows the possible location of fault. The data statistics module mainly realizes the statistics of relevant information and displays it in the way of broken line diagram. The whole system involves technology including JSP,Spring,ibatis,DWR and so on, using Oracle database. The first phase of the system has now been completed and put into trial operation. By comparing the area where the system is deployed with the area where the system is not deployed, it is concluded that the efficiency of the distribution network worker in the area where the system is deployed is significantly higher than that in the area where the system is not deployed. Overall, the first phase of the construction achieved the desired results.
