某制造企業(yè)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:在當今的時代,全球都進入了信息化的市場經(jīng)濟時代,市場格局的變化速度相對于以前也有了爆炸式的增長,當前企業(yè)也面臨著越來越大的市場競爭的壓力,先進的信息化手段也越來越在企業(yè)當中普及。制造業(yè)為主的企業(yè)如果堅持使用傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品制造流程,則會大大削弱企業(yè)競爭力,如果使用先進的信息化技術手段,則可以在產(chǎn)品設計的開發(fā)時間,生產(chǎn)流程的優(yōu)化,成本控制等環(huán)節(jié)進行提升。優(yōu)秀的信息化管理手段,無論是對流程式還是離散式的制造企業(yè),抑或是單件小批量生產(chǎn)或重復大量生產(chǎn)標準產(chǎn)品的管理上,都將起到提升效率、服務、智能等方方面面的作用。針對這些方面的優(yōu)勢,基于本企業(yè)的實際情況設計,開發(fā)了一個制造業(yè)PDM(Production Data Management)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。PDM系統(tǒng)是基于分布式網(wǎng)絡以及數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術,開發(fā)出來的一個信息平臺。對操作人員、操作流程、儀表設備、產(chǎn)品參數(shù)、產(chǎn)品性能記錄等等方面進行管理,通過對產(chǎn)品的性能數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,并對生產(chǎn)流程進行控制,以實現(xiàn)制造企業(yè)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)控、追蹤、記錄和管理。嚴格控制生產(chǎn)相關的所有流程的同時,提高產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率,最終達到提高企業(yè)收益的最終目標。當前企業(yè)實際采用的是手工錄入及部分系統(tǒng)收集數(shù)據(jù)的方式,并且由于企業(yè)建有多處工廠,數(shù)據(jù)并不能進行共享,如需查詢需要手動進行操作,因此設計了本PDM系統(tǒng),主要集中于系統(tǒng)架構設計、各部門模塊設計、數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊、統(tǒng)計報表功能、實時流程管控、ERP集成接口、多領域數(shù)據(jù)同步等主要環(huán)節(jié)的難點攻克,從而解決整個產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)周期長、數(shù)據(jù)多、難度大、環(huán)節(jié)流程復雜等因素進行信息標準化的設計與實施。

Aiming at these advantages, a PDM (production data Management) product data management system, which is based on distributed network and database management technology, is developed based on the actual design of the enterprise. Manage the operator, operation process, instrument equipment, product parameters, product performance record, etc., through the statistical analysis of the product performance data, and control the production process, To achieve manufacturing enterprise product data monitoring, tracking, recording and management. Strictly control all the processes related to production, improve the production efficiency of products, and finally achieve the ultimate goal of improving the income of the enterprise. At present, enterprises actually use manual input and part of the system to collect data, and because the enterprise has many factories, data can not be shared, if the query needs manual operation, the PDM system is designed. It mainly focuses on the system architecture design, department module design, data analysis module, statistical report function, real-time process management and control ERP integrated interface, multi-domain data synchronization and other key difficulties. In order to solve the whole product data management system for long period, more data, difficult, complex links and other factors for the design and implementation of information standardization.
