【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使得各個(gè)國家和地區(qū)積極參與到了國際分工和交換之中,加快了商品、資本、技術(shù)以及信息的流動(dòng),推動(dòng)了資源在全球的有效配置�？鐕�(地區(qū))直接投資現(xiàn)成為推動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的重要因素,由于像臺(tái)灣這樣的地區(qū)僅僅依靠自身的資源、資金、技術(shù)或市場就會(huì)使得自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受限,因而引進(jìn)來,走出去的國際化經(jīng)營的道路就成為必然選擇。所以對外直接投資就成為一個(gè)極其重要的手段。隨著對外直接投資規(guī)模迅猛增長,其對于投資方本身的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)研究已經(jīng)成為熱點(diǎn)。對外直接投資對投資方的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的影響主要是通過間接的方式產(chǎn)生,即通過一定的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制對進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),就業(yè)水平等產(chǎn)生影響,進(jìn)而對投資方的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生影響。本文在結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從投資方的角度來分析臺(tái)灣對外直接投資的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),分別從進(jìn)口和出口兩方面通過面板數(shù)據(jù)模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了臺(tái)灣對外直接投資對貿(mào)易的影響,結(jié)果表明臺(tái)灣對外直接投資具有明顯的貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造效應(yīng),其中對大陸投資的貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造性最強(qiáng)；通過向量自回歸模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了對外直接投資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響,結(jié)果表明對外直接投資是臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的格蘭杰原因,促進(jìn)了臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級；通過建立計(jì)量模型并采用OLS的方法實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了對外直接投資對就業(yè)的影響,結(jié)果表明對外直接投資對臺(tái)灣島內(nèi)就業(yè)負(fù)向影響很小,沒有造成島內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)空心化。最后在綜合分析所有的實(shí)證結(jié)果得出結(jié)論,并給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization makes all countries and regions actively participate in the international division of labor and exchange, accelerate the flow of goods, capital, technology and information, and promote the effective allocation of resources in the world. Transnational (regional) direct investment has become an important factor in promoting world economic growth and economic globalization. Because regions like Taiwan rely solely on their own resources, capital, technology or market, their economic development will be restricted. As a result, the way to go out of the international operation has become an inevitable choice. So foreign direct investment has become an extremely important means. With the rapid growth of foreign direct investment (OFDI), the research on the economic effect of OFDI has become a hot topic. The influence of foreign direct investment on investors' economic effect is mainly produced by indirect means, that is, through certain transmission mechanism, it has an impact on the import and export trade, industrial structure, employment level and so on, and then has an impact on the investor's economy. On the basis of domestic and foreign studies, this paper analyzes the economic effects of Taiwan's foreign direct investment from the perspective of the investors. Through panel data model, the paper empirically tests the impact of Taiwan's foreign direct investment on trade from the aspects of import and export. The results show that Taiwan's foreign direct investment has obvious trade creation effect. The result shows that FDI is the Granger reason for the adjustment of Taiwan's industrial structure. It promotes the optimization and upgrading of Taiwan's industrial structure, and empirically tests the impact of FDI on employment by establishing econometric model and using OLS method. The results show that FDI has little negative impact on the employment in Taiwan. Did not cause the island industry hollow. Finally, all the empirical results are analyzed synthetically and the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
