【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化以及大數(shù)據(jù)時代的發(fā)展,民營企業(yè)作為我國經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,中小民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展異軍突起,在復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境中呈現(xiàn)出頑強的生命力,是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求和必然結(jié)果,有利于維護市場競爭機制和確保健康的經(jīng)濟體制。民營企業(yè)家作為一個民營企業(yè)的靈魂,在企業(yè)成長過程中扮演著不可替代的重要角色,在風(fēng)險和不確定性程度增加的市場環(huán)境中,中小民營企業(yè)要想在競爭中脫穎而出,有賴于企業(yè)家的管控?梢,探究中小民營企業(yè)家的成長規(guī)律,對于促進中小民營企業(yè)的成長有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。企業(yè)家成長問題一直都是熱門研究話題。以往關(guān)于企業(yè)家成長問題的研究大多集中于企業(yè)家個體特質(zhì)或者成長環(huán)境兩個方面,不同的是各研究從不同的角度或?qū)W科出發(fā)研究,相同的是影響因素的多樣性以及綜合影響作用是促進企業(yè)家的成長的前提和基礎(chǔ)。為了能夠有針對性的研究中小民營企業(yè)家成長的影響因素,本文通過閱讀文獻,在總結(jié)以往各個領(lǐng)域有關(guān)企業(yè)家成長因素方面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于個體差異理論,從性格和能力這兩個層面對影響中小民營企業(yè)家的影響因素進行界定,篩選出十個因素,并以江門市中小民營企業(yè)家為例進行實證研究。實證研究主要是通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對企業(yè)家進行調(diào)研,然后運用統(tǒng)計軟件對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進行分析和處理,從而對本研究提出的假設(shè)進行驗證,得出各因素對企業(yè)家成長的影響作用。本文的研究結(jié)果表明,在十個影響因素共同作用下的綜合素質(zhì)與企業(yè)家成長顯著正相關(guān);然而在性格和能力兩個維度下的各影響因素對企業(yè)家成長的影響作用并不相同,企業(yè)家的成就動機、自我效能感、內(nèi)控點、學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、關(guān)系能力以及風(fēng)險偏好傾向都對企業(yè)家成長都有較為顯著的影響,只是風(fēng)險偏好傾向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)家成長的影響是負(fù)相關(guān)的;在對企業(yè)家成長影響正向相關(guān)的因素中,特別是成就動機、管理能力和創(chuàng)新能力較其他影響因素較其他因素相比更為顯著;企業(yè)家的模糊容忍度與機會能力對企業(yè)家成長的影響并不顯著。最后,本文結(jié)合研究的結(jié)論,為促進江門市中小民營企業(yè)家的成長給出了若干意見和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and big data era, private enterprises, as an important part of our economy, are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In recent years, the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises has suddenly emerged, showing indomitable vitality in the complex and changeable market environment, which is the internal demand and inevitable result of economic development, and is conducive to maintaining the market competition mechanism and ensuring a healthy economic system. Private entrepreneurs, as the soul of a private enterprise, play an irreplaceable important role in the process of enterprise growth. In the market environment of increasing risk and uncertainty, small and medium-sized private enterprises want to stand out in the competition. It depends on the control of entrepreneurs. It can be seen that exploring the growth law of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs has important practical significance for promoting the growth of small and medium-sized private enterprises. The issue of entrepreneur growth has always been a hot research topic. In the past, most of the researches on entrepreneur growth have focused on the entrepreneur's individual characteristics or growth environment. The difference is that each study starts from different angles or disciplines. The same thing is that the diversity of influencing factors and the comprehensive influence are the premise and foundation to promote the growth of entrepreneurs. In order to study the influencing factors of the growth of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs, this paper, through reading the literature, summarizes the previous research on the factors of entrepreneur growth in various fields, based on the theory of individual differences. This paper defines the influencing factors of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs from the aspects of personality and ability, and selects ten factors, and takes Jiangmen small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs as an example to carry out empirical research. The empirical research is mainly through the way of questionnaire survey to investigate the entrepreneurs and then use statistical software to analyze and process the questionnaire data so as to verify the hypothesis put forward in this study. The influence of various factors on the growth of entrepreneurs is obtained. The results of this study show that the comprehensive quality under the combined action of ten factors is significantly positively correlated with the growth of entrepreneurs, but the influence factors of personality and ability on the growth of entrepreneurs are not the same. Entrepreneurs' achievement motivation, self-efficacy, internal control point, learning ability, innovation ability, relationship ability and risk preference tendency all have significant influence on entrepreneur growth. The risk preference tendency has a negative correlation with the entrepreneur growth, especially the achievement motivation, management ability and innovation ability, which is more significant than other factors in the positive correlation of the entrepreneurial growth, especially the achievement motivation, the ability of management and the ability of innovation, especially the other factors, especially the motivation of achievement, the ability of management and the ability of innovation. The influence of fuzzy tolerance and opportunity ability on entrepreneur growth is not significant. Finally, based on the conclusion of the research, this paper gives some opinions and suggestions for promoting the growth of small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs in Jiangmen City.
