【摘要】：CPI是消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù),也是計(jì)算通貨膨脹率的基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)。中國CPI的構(gòu)成項(xiàng)目和權(quán)重設(shè)置同國際上通常的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法比較存在著包括內(nèi)容置后、權(quán)重設(shè)置不合理等問題,從而導(dǎo)致低估了物價(jià)上漲;在CPI基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算通貨膨脹率可以看到其周期顯現(xiàn),通貨膨脹在未來兩三年內(nèi)將逐漸走高,財(cái)政政策和貨幣政策的調(diào)控作用在科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)的前提下會(huì)得到更好的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:CPI is consumer price index, also calculate the basic index of inflation rate. Compared with the usual international statistical methods, the components and weights of CPI in China have some problems, such as content setting, unreasonable weight setting and so on, which leads to the underestimation of price rise. The calculation of inflation rate on the basis of CPI can see that its cycle appears, inflation will gradually rise in the next two or three years, and the regulatory role of fiscal policy and monetary policy will be better brought into play on the premise of scientific prediction.
