【摘要】：在終身教育理念和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化影響下,體育教育工作需要一支優(yōu)秀的體育教師隊(duì)伍。通過研究聊城市高中體育教師職后教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),是為了更好地提高聊城市高中體育教師的知識(shí)能力和素養(yǎng),增加教師的創(chuàng)新能力和研究能力。以聊城市高中體育教師職后教育為研究對(duì)象,采用問卷調(diào)查法、比較法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法和文獻(xiàn)資料法等,對(duì)聊城高中體育教師職后教育的現(xiàn)狀情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究得出下面的結(jié)論:1.在職后教育觀念認(rèn)識(shí)上,92.06%的教師能充分認(rèn)識(shí)到參加職后教育的重要性和必要性。在職后教育的認(rèn)識(shí)這一方面縣屬的認(rèn)識(shí)程度相對(duì)區(qū)屬的教師稍微弱一些。2.職后教育的培養(yǎng)模式主要集中在崗前培訓(xùn)和教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)集中培訓(xùn)兩個(gè)模式上。在崗前培訓(xùn)上發(fā)現(xiàn)縣屬教師做的不如區(qū)屬部門。3.聊城市71.2%的高中體育教師對(duì)職后教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排和課程設(shè)置認(rèn)為較合理。在職后教育培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容和課程的安排,區(qū)屬高中體育教師和縣屬高中體育教師對(duì)職后教育課程和內(nèi)容設(shè)置滿意度上相差不大。4.在調(diào)查過程中部分高中體育教師反映教學(xué)任務(wù)過于繁重。特別是對(duì)于縣屬的教師來講,時(shí)間和資金都相對(duì)于區(qū)屬的緊張一些。5.60.8%的高中體育教師認(rèn)為職后教育是有幫助的。區(qū)屬教師和縣屬教師在受到職后教育之后大部分教師都認(rèn)為對(duì)自己是有幫助的。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of lifelong education and economic globalization, physical education needs an excellent team of PE teachers. The purpose of this paper is to improve the knowledge ability and accomplishment of PE teachers in Liaocheng senior high school, and to increase their innovative ability and research ability through studying the experiences of physical education teachers in Liaocheng senior high school. Taking the post-service education of high school PE teachers in Liaocheng as the research object, the author adopts questionnaire survey, comparative method, logic analysis method, data statistics method and literature method, etc. The present situation of physical education in Liaocheng Senior Middle School is investigated and studied, and the following conclusion is drawn: 1. 92.06% of teachers can fully realize the importance and necessity of participating in post-service education. The cognition of post-service education in this respect, the degree of understanding of county is slightly weaker than that of teachers belonging to district. 2. The training mode of post-service education mainly focuses on two modes: pre-post training and teacher training. In pre-post training found that county teachers do not as well as district departments. 3. 71.2% of senior high school PE teachers in Liaocheng think that the arrangement of teaching content and curriculum of post-vocational education is more reasonable. The content and curriculum arrangement of post-service education and training, district senior high school physical education teachers and county senior high school physical education teachers' satisfaction with the post-vocational education curriculum and content setting satisfaction. 4. 4. In the process of investigation, some high school PE teachers reflect that the teaching task is too heavy. Especially for county teachers, the time and funds are relative to the district. 5.60.8% of high school physical education teachers think that post-vocational education is helpful. Most district and county teachers consider themselves helpful after post-employment education.
