【摘要】:針對(duì)目前人工管理模式下的水電氣費(fèi)用監(jiān)督管理形式的各大人為因素造成的弊端,為了有效的降低個(gè)人主觀觀念在抄表收費(fèi)的過(guò)程中存在的失誤,通過(guò)運(yùn)用儀器儀表進(jìn)行對(duì)生活中的自來(lái)水、天熱氣、電力等能源進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的采集及信息的處理,用以科學(xué)可持續(xù)的理念來(lái)解決以往過(guò)程中的弊端。與此同時(shí),,我國(guó)在自動(dòng)抄表領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)發(fā)展相對(duì)落后,隨著改革開放的步法不斷深入推進(jìn),以及能源使用管理市場(chǎng)體制的不斷深入改革,就智能化的自動(dòng)抄表技術(shù)有待實(shí)質(zhì)性的提高,和現(xiàn)實(shí)的研究意義。 電能計(jì)量裝置遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)各計(jì)量點(diǎn)電能數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集、存儲(chǔ)和處理,可為電力市場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)、用電營(yíng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)、能量管理系統(tǒng)等提供準(zhǔn)確、可靠的電量數(shù)據(jù),為用電管理、電網(wǎng)管理、電力建設(shè)、電力調(diào)度、設(shè)備管理和電網(wǎng)分析提供了科學(xué)的依據(jù),為今后電力市場(chǎng)的商業(yè)化運(yùn)作提供強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。為適應(yīng)電力市場(chǎng)發(fā)展改革及日常電能量采集統(tǒng)計(jì)、線損計(jì)算的需要,建立一套穩(wěn)定可靠實(shí)用的電能計(jì)量裝置遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)已成為重要的研究課題。 本文結(jié)合廣安電業(yè)局的實(shí)際情況,充分利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)及通信技術(shù),對(duì)電能計(jì)量裝置遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)。該系統(tǒng)建成后,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,功能強(qiáng)大,實(shí)用化程度高,這些建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)具有實(shí)際的參考價(jià)值。 本文系統(tǒng)介紹了電能計(jì)量遙測(cè)裝置系統(tǒng)的功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、主要子系統(tǒng)的功能及測(cè)試方法。本文的主要工作如下: 1、確定系統(tǒng)基本框架,對(duì)系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)備進(jìn)行選型。 2、對(duì)電能計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)主站軟件進(jìn)行功能劃分及功能概要設(shè)計(jì),建立系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)提供依據(jù)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 3、安裝主站系統(tǒng),對(duì)各功能模塊進(jìn)行測(cè)試。 4、完成廠站端及通信通道建設(shè),并與主站系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行聯(lián)調(diào),并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收。
[Abstract]:In view of the defects caused by all the adults in the mode of supervision and management of water and electrical expenses under the current artificial management mode, in order to effectively reduce the errors in the charge of the meter reading, the instruments are used to monitor and monitor the energy of the water, the hot gas, the electricity and so on in the life. At the same time, the technological development of our country is relatively backward in the field of automatic meter reading. With the continuous deepening of the pace of reform and opening up, and the continuous deepening reform of the energy use management market system, the intelligent automatic meter reading technology is applied to the automatic meter reading technology. It needs substantial improvement and practical significance.
The telemetry system of electric energy metering device automatically collects, stores and processes the power data of each measurement point. It can provide accurate and reliable electricity data for power market system, electric business system, energy management system and so on. It provides scientific basis for power management, power grid management, electric power construction, power adjustment, equipment management and power grid analysis. The commercialized operation of the post power market provides strong technical support. In order to adapt to the development and reform of the electric power market and the daily electric energy collection and statistics and the need of the line loss calculation, a set of reliable and practical telemetering system for electric energy metering devices has become an important research topic.
According to the actual situation of Guang'an Electric Power Bureau, this paper makes full use of modern computer technology and communication technology to design and construct the telemetering system of electric energy metering device. After the system is built, the operation is stable, reliable, powerful and practical, and these construction experiences have practical reference value.
This paper introduces the function planning and design of the telemetry system of electric energy metering, the functions and testing methods of the main subsystems.
1, determine the basic framework of the system and select the hardware and software of the system.
2, the function division and function outline design of the master station software of the electric energy accounting system are established, and the system framework is established to provide the basis and standard for the development of the system.
3, install the master station system to test the various functional modules.
4, we will complete the construction of the plant terminal and communication channel, and coordinate with the master station system, and accept the site.
