內(nèi)蒙古高校學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國是統(tǒng)一的多民族社會(huì)主義國家,民族的安定團(tuán)結(jié)一直是關(guān)系到國家穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)繁榮的大事。近年來,國家發(fā)展面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化和世界民族主義思潮的新挑戰(zhàn)。國內(nèi)復(fù)雜的人口和地域分布、邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后的現(xiàn)狀,使得協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)域發(fā)展差距,保證民族團(tuán)結(jié)穩(wěn)定尤為重要。高校學(xué)生作為特殊的社會(huì)群體,肩負(fù)著建設(shè)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的歷史使命,是維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和民族團(tuán)結(jié)的重要力量。民族地區(qū)高校學(xué)生更成為發(fā)展民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要人才和智力保障。重視大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育,成為黨中央和政府以及全國高等院校的重要任務(wù)之一。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古高校學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的現(xiàn)狀和對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究。研究表明,自治區(qū)高校在學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育方面己經(jīng)取得了很大成績(jī)。從學(xué)校黨政干部、共青團(tuán)干部到思想政治理論課教師,從班主任、輔導(dǎo)員到高校的后勤服務(wù)人員都普遍重視對(duì)大學(xué)生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育。大學(xué)生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)意識(shí)普遍增強(qiáng);在與其他民族學(xué)生的交往過程中,表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的交往意愿。高校開設(shè)豐富多彩的校內(nèi)外活動(dòng),通過多種途徑實(shí)施民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育。但與此同時(shí),高校民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育仍然存在著不容忽視的問題,如:民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育目標(biāo)有待細(xì)化、教育內(nèi)容缺少新內(nèi)涵、教育方法有待創(chuàng)新、教育效果有待提升等等。通過對(duì)問題的分析,有針對(duì)性的提出以下對(duì)策建議。明確當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育目標(biāo),提升教育內(nèi)容的地區(qū)性和時(shí)代性,創(chuàng)新民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育教學(xué)方法,網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)課堂相結(jié)合,打造新型教育主陣地,第二課堂與第一課堂相互補(bǔ)充,營造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。
[Abstract]:China is a unified multiethnic socialist country, and the stability and unity of the nation is always a matter of national stability, economic development and social prosperity. In recent years, national development is facing new challenges of economic globalization, network informatization and world nationalism. The complicated population and regional distribution in our country and the backward economic development in the frontier minority areas make it very important to coordinate the regional development gap and ensure the national unity and stability. As a special social group, college students shoulder the historical mission of building socialism, which is an important force to maintain social stability and national unity. College students in minority areas have become important talents and intellectual security for the development of national economy. Paying attention to the education of college students' national unity has become one of the important tasks of the Party Central Committee and the government as well as colleges and universities all over the country. In this paper, the present situation and countermeasures of ethnic unity education of college students in Inner Mongolia are studied by the methods of literature, questionnaire and data statistics. The research shows that universities in the autonomous region have made great achievements in national unity education. From the cadres of the Party and government in the school, the cadres of the Communist Youth League to the teachers of the ideological and political theory course, the teachers in charge of the class, the counselors and the logistic service personnel of the colleges and universities, they all attach great importance to the national unity education for college students. College students' sense of national unity is generally strengthened, and they show strong communication intention in the process of communication with other ethnic students. Colleges and universities set up rich and colorful activities inside and outside the university, and carry out the education of national unity through various ways. However, at the same time, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the education of national unity in colleges and universities, such as: the goal of national unity education needs to be refined, the content of education lacks new connotation, the educational method needs to be innovated, the educational effect needs to be improved, etc. Through the analysis of the problem, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Defining the goal of contemporary college students' national unity education, improving the regional and contemporary nature of the educational content, innovating the teaching method of national unity education, combining network teaching with traditional classroom, creating the main position of new type education. The second class and the first classroom complement each other to create a good learning atmosphere.
