基于SSH框架的實(shí)時倉庫監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:“中國制造2025”明確提出要加快推動新一代信息技術(shù)與制造技術(shù)融合發(fā)展,把智能制造作為工業(yè)化和信息化深度融合的主攻方向。倉儲在現(xiàn)代制造型企業(yè)的整個供應(yīng)鏈中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,倉庫管理已經(jīng)成為整個業(yè)務(wù)流程中必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)倉庫管理不能保證合理的進(jìn)貨、庫存控制以及發(fā)貨流程,從而在一定程度上影響了企業(yè)的競爭力。本文基于Struts2+Spring+Hibernate(SSH)框架,采用WebSocket實(shí)時通訊技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)實(shí)時倉庫監(jiān)管系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了倉庫設(shè)備運(yùn)行和庫位存儲的動態(tài)監(jiān)控和遠(yuǎn)程倉庫作業(yè)管理。本文的主要工作和成果如下:1.在文獻(xiàn)查閱的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述課題的研究背景與意義,歸納了實(shí)時倉庫管理的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)介紹了倉庫管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)涉及到的SSH框架、PostgreSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫、OPC數(shù)據(jù)采集、Socket、WebSocket實(shí)時通訊等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。2.在市場需求、功能需求、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)B/S三層架構(gòu),即數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸層、應(yīng)用邏輯服務(wù)層和表現(xiàn)層。其中,采用SSH框架構(gòu)建了應(yīng)用邏輯服務(wù)層中的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯服務(wù)。詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)時倉庫監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的原料管理模塊、原料明細(xì)模塊、產(chǎn)品管理模塊、成品管理模塊、產(chǎn)品統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊、BOM表管理模塊和實(shí)時倉庫模塊。3.根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和層次結(jié)構(gòu),采用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),基于PostgreSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)現(xiàn)倉庫原料、倉庫產(chǎn)品、倉庫設(shè)備和管理人員信息數(shù)據(jù)的一體化管理。4.基于SSH框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理員訂單審核、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃添加、原料入庫、產(chǎn)品出庫、配料表管理、物料出入庫記錄查詢、設(shè)備實(shí)時監(jiān)控、設(shè)備報(bào)警遠(yuǎn)程提醒、產(chǎn)品合格率統(tǒng)計(jì)查看、倉庫動態(tài)存儲監(jiān)控、權(quán)限管理以及用戶個人中心等系統(tǒng)功能。目前,該實(shí)時倉庫監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)已在蘇州某公司投入使用,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:"made in China 2025" clearly put forward to speed up the development of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing technology, and take intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of industrialization and information integration. Warehousing plays an important role in the whole supply chain of modern manufacturing enterprises. Warehouse management has become an indispensable link in the whole business process. Traditional warehouse management can not guarantee reasonable purchase, inventory control and delivery process, thus affecting the competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent. Based on Struts2 Spring hibernate (SSH) framework and WebSocket real-time communication technology, this paper designs and develops a real-time warehouse supervision system, which realizes the dynamic monitoring of warehouse equipment and storage and remote warehouse job management. The main work and results of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of literature review, this paper summarizes the research background and significance of the subject, and summarizes the current research situation of real-time warehouse management at home and abroad. This paper introduces in detail the key technologies of SSH framework, PostgreSQL database, OPC data acquisition, socket, WebSocket real-time communication and so on, which are involved in the development of warehouse management system. Based on the analysis of market demand, function demand and economic benefit, the paper designs a three-tier architecture of B / S, namely, data acquisition and transmission layer, application logic service layer and presentation layer. Among them, the SSH framework is used to construct the business logic services in the application logic service layer. The raw material management module, raw material detail module, product management module, product management module, product statistics module, BOM table management module and real-time warehouse module .3of the real-time warehouse supervision system are designed in detail. According to the network topology and hierarchical structure of the system, the function module and database structure of the system are designed by using the object-oriented design method, and the raw materials and products of the warehouse are realized based on the PostgreSQL database. Warehouse equipment and management personnel information data integration management. 4. Based on the SSH framework, the system realizes the management of the administrator's order, the production plan, the raw material into the warehouse, the product out of the warehouse, the batching table management, the material entry and exit record query, the equipment real-time monitoring, the equipment alarm remote reminding, the product qualified rate statistics and checking. Warehouse dynamic storage monitoring, authority management and user center and other system functions. At present, the real-time warehouse supervision system has been put into use in a company in Suzhou, the system runs stably.
