配電網(wǎng)多故障搶修與恢復(fù)協(xié)同策略研究

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)在電力系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中擔(dān)負(fù)著極其重要的角色,它負(fù)責(zé)將電能分配給每一個(gè)電力用戶。隨著我國人民生活水平不斷提高,對電力的需求與日俱增,對電力的依賴性也越來越大。隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,電網(wǎng)間聯(lián)系不斷加強(qiáng),配電網(wǎng)的復(fù)雜程度達(dá)到了前所未有的水平,隨之帶來的配電網(wǎng)發(fā)生故障的機(jī)率也不斷攀升,而且復(fù)雜配電網(wǎng)故障點(diǎn)引起的連鎖反應(yīng)范圍也越來越廣、越來越嚴(yán)重,據(jù)有關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì),電力系統(tǒng)中超過80%的停電是由于配電網(wǎng)的故障造成的,因此配電網(wǎng)能否穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行直接影響著供電質(zhì)量。近年來,由于各種自然災(zāi)害造成的電網(wǎng)設(shè)備大規(guī)模故障屢有發(fā)生,受災(zāi)地區(qū)的生產(chǎn)生活都受到了嚴(yán)重的影響,若失電區(qū)域得不到快速恢復(fù)供電,會(huì)造成人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)巨大損失。由于失電負(fù)荷的等級、大小各異,僅憑以往調(diào)度員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行故障定位,制定非故障區(qū)域電力恢復(fù)與故障點(diǎn)搶修策略的方法已不再適用。因此,研究如何快速恢復(fù)非故障區(qū)供電,并在有限的搶修人員和資源配置的情況下,快速制定科學(xué)高效的故障任務(wù)分配方案和搶修策略就顯得尤為重要。本文將配電網(wǎng)供電恢復(fù)與故障搶修看作一個(gè)整體,建立了配電網(wǎng)故障搶修與供電恢復(fù)協(xié)同模型。配電網(wǎng)的故障搶修與供電恢復(fù)是相互影響的,綜合考慮兩者的相互影響因素,在制定供電恢復(fù)方案時(shí)考慮故障搶修的有效性,在設(shè)計(jì)故障搶修方案時(shí)考慮供電恢復(fù)的可行性,運(yùn)用協(xié)同思想研究其相互影響的協(xié)同策略得出整體最優(yōu)方案。并通過實(shí)例分析,針對只考慮供電恢復(fù)對故障搶修的影響、只考慮故障搶修對供電恢復(fù)的影響和綜合考慮兩者相互影響所得的三種方案,比較一級重要失電負(fù)荷經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、總失電負(fù)荷經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和開關(guān)操作次數(shù),證明了綜合考慮供電恢復(fù)和故障搶修兩者相互影響的協(xié)同策略方案的有效性。以最大程度的減少故障造成的停電社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文試圖從配電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),結(jié)合供電恢復(fù)與多故障搶修,建立電力系統(tǒng)在多故障情況下的搶修與恢復(fù)協(xié)同策略模型,以期為電力部門在配電網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)多故障重大失電情況下快速恢復(fù)供電與搶修故障提供更加高效合理的決策方案。
[Abstract]:Distribution network plays an extremely important role in the power system network, it is responsible for the distribution of electricity to each power user.With the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for electricity is increasing, and the dependence on electricity is becoming more and more.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power network, the connection between the power grid is constantly strengthened, the complexity of the distribution network has reached an unprecedented level, the resulting distribution network fault probability is also rising.Moreover, the chain reaction caused by complex distribution network fault points is becoming more and more extensive and serious. According to relevant statistics, more than 80% of power system blackouts are caused by distribution network failures.Therefore, whether the distribution network can run stably directly affects the quality of power supply.In recent years, due to a variety of natural disasters caused by large-scale failures of power grid equipment, the production and life of the affected areas have been seriously affected. If the power loss area can not quickly restore power supply, it will cause huge loss of life and property of the people.Because of the different grades and sizes of the power loss load, the method of making the strategy of power recovery and fault point repair in the non-fault area is no longer applicable based on the experience of the dispatcher in the past.Therefore, it is very important to study how to quickly restore the power supply in the non-fault area and make the scientific and efficient fault task assignment scheme and emergency repair strategy under the condition of limited emergency repair personnel and resource allocation.In this paper, the power supply recovery and fault recovery of distribution network are considered as a whole, and a cooperative model of power supply recovery and fault recovery is established.The fault emergency repair and power supply recovery of distribution network are mutually affected. Considering the mutual influence factors, the validity of fault recovery is considered when the power supply recovery scheme is formulated, and the feasibility of power supply recovery is considered in the design of fault recovery scheme.The overall optimal scheme is obtained by using the cooperative strategy to study the interaction between them.Through the analysis of examples, considering only the effect of power supply recovery on fault repair, considering only the effect of fault recovery on power supply recovery and considering the interaction between the two, the economic loss of power loss is compared.The economic loss of total power loss and the number of switching operations prove the effectiveness of the cooperative strategy which considers the interaction between power supply recovery and fault repair.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to minimize the social and economic loss caused by failure.Based on the actual situation of distribution network and combined with power supply recovery and multi-fault rush repair, this paper attempts to establish a cooperative strategy model of power system emergency repair and recovery under multi-fault condition.The aim is to provide a more efficient and reasonable decision scheme for the power department to quickly recover and repair the power supply under the situation of multiple faults and major power loss in the distribution network.
