【摘要】:由于經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和國(guó)際交流活動(dòng)的加劇,通過各種工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的形象(品質(zhì))來反映國(guó)家形象的趨勢(shì)逐漸形成:一方面,中國(guó)已經(jīng)是世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體;另一方面,中國(guó)制造的產(chǎn)品被冠以廉價(jià)、劣質(zhì)和仿制的標(biāo)簽,已經(jīng)影響到中國(guó)企業(yè)的口碑和中國(guó)的國(guó)家形象。這一矛盾凸顯了當(dāng)前和今后一段時(shí)間,中國(guó)企業(yè)必須提升產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)、樹立良好的產(chǎn)品形象,才能在參與全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得品牌美譽(yù)度和認(rèn)同感。如何有效評(píng)價(jià)和保障產(chǎn)品形象的設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)就是本研究的主要內(nèi)容、任務(wù)和目的。本文在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新性的將層次分析理論應(yīng)用于工業(yè)產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)這一研究對(duì)象和領(lǐng)域,借助專家調(diào)研和深度訪談,分析了影響產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)諸多要素的層級(jí)關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了一般工業(yè)產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的基礎(chǔ)模型,利用數(shù)學(xué)分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,量化確定了各級(jí)指標(biāo)中影響因子的權(quán)重值,采用關(guān)鍵詞語匯表述情感傾向(語意差分法、SD法等),結(jié)合感性工學(xué)和意向尺度為測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)劃分梯度,擬定了三級(jí)影響要素的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并編制成表。影響因素權(quán)重值和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的量化工作是本文的創(chuàng)新之處和研究重點(diǎn)。在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐過程中,利用該評(píng)價(jià)體系基礎(chǔ)模型完成了割草機(jī)產(chǎn)品的形象品質(zhì)檢測(cè),分析了現(xiàn)存產(chǎn)品在形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)方面的問題,確定了改良設(shè)計(jì)的切入點(diǎn)并完成了改良設(shè)計(jì)方案,最后還借助評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)多個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),以輔助進(jìn)行方案優(yōu)化和決策。通過實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證了評(píng)價(jià)體系基礎(chǔ)模型是可行的、實(shí)用的和有效的,能夠完成有效評(píng)價(jià)和保障產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)的任務(wù)和目標(biāo);在一定程度上形成了可操作、易掌握、能量化的一般工業(yè)產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)方法,即,利用評(píng)價(jià)體系基礎(chǔ)模型控制和保障產(chǎn)品的形象設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)的方法,這也是本文的研究目標(biāo)。本文還延伸研究了以產(chǎn)品形象設(shè)計(jì)為主線和驅(qū)動(dòng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)程序、相關(guān)方法和技術(shù),開發(fā)了產(chǎn)品色彩分析系統(tǒng)(軟件1.0版本)等,這些研究都是圍繞著有效評(píng)價(jià)和保障產(chǎn)品形象的設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)這一核心的展開的。
[Abstract]:As a result of the globalization of the economy and the intensification of international exchange activities, the tendency to reflect the national image through the image (quality) of various industrial products has gradually formed: on the one hand, China is already the world's second largest economy; on the other hand,Chinese-made products have been labeled cheap, inferior and imitated, affecting the reputation of Chinese companies and China's national image.This contradiction highlights the current and future period of time, Chinese enterprises must improve the design quality of products, establish a good product image, in order to participate in the global competition to gain brand reputation and identity.How to effectively evaluate and guarantee the design quality of product image is the main content, task and purpose of this study.On the basis of previous studies, this paper innovatively applies AHP theory to the research object and field of industrial product image design quality, with the help of expert investigation and in-depth interview.This paper analyzes the hierarchical relationship of many factors affecting product image design quality, constructs the basic model of general industrial product image design quality evaluation system, and makes use of mathematical analysis and statistical methods.The weight value of the influence factor is determined quantitatively, and the key words are used to express the affective tendency (meaning difference method, SD method, etc.). The index is graded by perceptual engineering and intention scale.The evaluation criteria of the three-level influence factors are drawn up and the tables are compiled.The quantification of influencing factors' weight and evaluation criteria is the innovation and research focus of this paper.In the process of design practice, the image quality test of lawn mower products is completed by using the basic model of the evaluation system, and the problems in image design quality of existing products are analyzed.The breakthrough point of the improved design is determined and the modified design scheme is completed. Finally, several design schemes are evaluated with the help of the evaluation system to assist in the optimization and decision-making of the scheme.Through practice, it is proved that the basic model of the evaluation system is feasible, practical and effective, and can accomplish the task and goal of effectively evaluating and ensuring the design quality of product image.The evaluation method of general industrial product image design quality, that is, the method of controlling and guaranteeing the product image design quality by using the basic model of evaluation system, is also the research goal of this paper.This paper also extends the research of product development program, related methods and technology, and develops the product color analysis system (software version 1.0), which takes product image design as the main line and drive.These studies focus on the core of effective evaluation and protection of product image design quality.
