湖南省長株潭部分養(yǎng)殖場豬瘟和豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體抽檢

【摘要】:豬瘟和高致病性豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征是國家強(qiáng)制性免疫的重大動物疫病,特點是發(fā)病急,傳播快,死亡率高。由于目前無特效的治療方法,一旦爆發(fā),將會給養(yǎng)豬業(yè)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此疫苗免疫是能預(yù)防和控制這些重大動物疫病最有效的措施之一,而抗體監(jiān)測是評估疫苗免疫效果最快捷、直接的方法!伴L株潭”地區(qū)是湖南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的金三角地區(qū),三地的地理位置相近,各地重大動物疫病的疫苗免疫效果對彼此的影響較大。本研究通過對2013年-2015年湖南省長沙、株洲和湘潭三地的部分豬場的豬瘟和豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征抗體水平進(jìn)行了抽樣檢測,從春秋兩季和全年的抗體檢測水平對這三個地區(qū)的重大動物疫病進(jìn)行免疫效果評估,相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)可為發(fā)現(xiàn)并改進(jìn)免疫工作中可能存在的問題提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。研究方法:本研究于2013-2015年,每年分春秋兩次在長株潭三地的部分養(yǎng)豬場采集血清樣品,運(yùn)用ELISA方法檢測豬血清樣品中的豬瘟和豬繁殖與呼吸綜合癥抗體水平。檢測結(jié)果:①豬瘟抗體檢測結(jié)果:2013年-2015年,所檢測樣品中豬瘟的抗體合格率為80.9%。其中,2013年春秋兩季豬瘟的抗體合格率分別為71%和88.1%;2014年春秋兩季豬瘟的抗體合格率分別為89.3%和83.3%;2015年春秋兩季的抗體合格率分別為76%和78.4%。②豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征檢測結(jié)果:2013年-2015年,所檢測樣品中豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體合格率為90.9%。其中,2013年春秋兩季豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體合格率分別為92.6%和88.1%;2014年春秋兩季的抗體合格率分別為94%和91.3%;2015年春秋兩季的抗體合格率分別為86.7%和91.9%。另外,統(tǒng)計長株潭三地區(qū)所檢樣品分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在2013年-2015年間三種抗體水平比較,長沙地區(qū)樣品檢測的合格率最高,株洲略低,而湘潭的免疫效果參差不齊,不太穩(wěn)定。結(jié)果分析:以上數(shù)據(jù)顯示長株潭三個地區(qū)在2013-2015年所檢測樣品中豬瘟和豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體水平均達(dá)國家所制定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體合格率高與豬瘟,也比較穩(wěn)定,而豬瘟的合格率稍低,這可能與疫苗的接種時間、人力以及被免動物自身健康情況等多種因素相關(guān);同時,部分豬場所收集的樣品其豬瘟和豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的抗體合格率為0,免疫空白區(qū)依然存在;另外2013年,株洲和湘潭的豬瘟合格率都低于70%,這些豬場可能存在感染野毒的風(fēng)險。因此,對于這兩種重大疫病的防疫,相關(guān)部門要引起重視,對于免疫過程中出現(xiàn)的問題要認(rèn)真總結(jié),特別要關(guān)注提高基層技術(shù)人員的服務(wù)意識和能力,以保證合理免疫后提高相關(guān)重大動物疫病的抗體合格率水平。
[Abstract]:Classical swine fever and highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is a major animal disease national mandatory immunization, is characterized by acute onset, spread fast, high mortality. Because there is no specific treatment, once broke out, it will cause huge economic losses to the pig industry. So the vaccine is one of the measures to prevent and control these major the most effective animal disease, and antibody monitoring in assessing the immune effect of vaccine the most convenient and direct way. "Changzhutan" area is Hunan economic development area of Golden Triangle, close to three of the geographical position, influence the immune effect of major animal diseases around to each other greatly. Through the Research of Hunan during 2013 -2015 Changsha Province, some pig farms in Zhuzhou and Xiangtan three to the hog cholera virus and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome antibody level of sampling, detection of water from the spring and autumn season two and full year antibody Flat major animal disease in the three regions of the immune effect evaluation, the relevant data can provide reference data for the discovery and possible improvement of immune problems at work.
