【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地飛速發(fā)展,為滿足消費(fèi)者在汽車(chē)行業(yè)的需求,汽車(chē)行業(yè)不斷細(xì)分,汽車(chē)品種不斷增加。因此,汽車(chē)的生產(chǎn)周期縮短,缸體、缸蓋、曲軸種類(lèi)越來(lái)越多。傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量控制方式采用手動(dòng)檢具檢測(cè),適用于大批量生產(chǎn),難以適應(yīng)品種更新較快的新形勢(shì),因此,目前發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)質(zhì)量控制方式正面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn)。統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制技術(shù)(Statistical Process Control,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)SPC)是基于工件檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)其品質(zhì)進(jìn)行判斷,更能從本質(zhì)上發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源,從而得到了越來(lái)越多生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重視。本文利用SPC技術(shù)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工品質(zhì)控制進(jìn)行研究,目的在于結(jié)合全面質(zhì)量管理理論及HM公司實(shí)際情況,建立一套基SPC的汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工品質(zhì)的控制方法。本文研究的SPC技術(shù)其原理是通過(guò)采集生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程中大量數(shù)據(jù),并利用多種統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)手段進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)工件檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)建立控制圖,以此來(lái)判定生產(chǎn)過(guò)程是否處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。論文建立了一套基SPC的汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工品質(zhì)的控制方法,并進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證。本文通過(guò)分析HM公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工品質(zhì)特點(diǎn),提出基于SPC的質(zhì)量控制方法的必要性,為驗(yàn)證SPC技術(shù)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工質(zhì)量控制的作用,將SPC技術(shù)在HM公司滄州發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工廠進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,并對(duì)其應(yīng)用結(jié)果及影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí),為進(jìn)一步提高質(zhì)量管控預(yù)測(cè)精度,本文采用了大數(shù)據(jù)理論,利用支持向量機(jī)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行判別分類(lèi)。本文的主要工作如下:1.通過(guò)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工質(zhì)量控制現(xiàn)狀,分析質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)研究意義。2.分析統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制理論,主要包括SPC的基本思想,控制圖概念及質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)用原理。3.介紹HM公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工質(zhì)量的影響因素,并對(duì)HM不同分公司的加工品質(zhì)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,并根據(jù)滄州工廠實(shí)際生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)提出一套基于SPC的質(zhì)量控制方法。4.針對(duì)本文提出的質(zhì)量管控方法,本文重點(diǎn)分析了抽樣檢驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)理論,質(zhì)量檢測(cè)新規(guī)則的采用,同時(shí)本文采用了大數(shù)據(jù)理論,利用SVM技術(shù)進(jìn)一步提高了質(zhì)量預(yù)測(cè)精度。5.對(duì)基于SPC的控制方法在HM公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)加工的應(yīng)用及加工影響進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果證明,本文提出的基于SPC的控制方法可有效控制發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)加工質(zhì)量,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了 SVM的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, in order to meet the needs of consumers in the automotive industry, the automotive industry continues to subdivide, and the variety of cars is increasing.As a result, automobile production cycle is shortened, cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft more and more types.The traditional quality control method adopts manual inspection, which is suitable for mass production, and it is difficult to adapt to the new situation of fast variety renewal. Therefore, the engine quality control mode is facing a great challenge at present.Statistical Process Control (SCC) is a statistical process control technology, which judges the quality of workpiece based on the inspection data, and can find the root cause of the quality problem in essence, which has been paid more and more attention to by more and more manufacturing enterprises.In this paper, the SPC technology is used to study the quality control of engine processing. The purpose of this study is to establish a set of SPC based control methods for automotive engine processing quality in combination with the theory of total quality management and the actual situation of HM Company.The principle of the SPC technology studied in this paper is to determine whether the production process is in a stable state by collecting a large number of data in the manufacturing process, analyzing by a variety of statistical means, and establishing a control chart through the workpiece detection data.In this paper, a control method of automobile engine machining quality based on SPC is established, and its application is verified.By analyzing the characteristics of engine processing quality of HM Company, this paper puts forward the necessity of quality control method based on SPC. In order to verify the effect of SPC technology on engine processing quality control, SPC technology is applied in Cangzhou engine Factory of HM Company.At the same time, in order to improve the prediction accuracy of quality control, big data theory and support vector machine are used to distinguish and classify the engine machining quality.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1.This paper introduces the status quo of engine machining quality control at home and abroad, and analyzes the significance of research on quality control technology.This paper analyzes the quality control theory of statistical process control technology, including the basic idea of SPC, the concept of control chart and the application principle of quality control.This paper introduces the influencing factors of engine processing quality in HM Company, compares and analyzes the processing quality of different HM branches, and puts forward a set of quality control methods based on SPC according to the actual production characteristics of Cangzhou factory.In view of the quality control method proposed in this paper, this paper focuses on the analysis of sampling inspection statistics theory and the adoption of new rules for quality inspection. At the same time, big data theory is adopted in this paper, and the quality prediction accuracy is further improved by using SVM technology.The application and influence of SPC based control method in HM engine machining are studied. The results show that the proposed control method based on SPC can effectively control the quality of engine machining and further verify the effectiveness of SVM.
