【摘要】：近年來鄭州呈中原崛起之勢奮力發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),促進了大批優(yōu)秀人才駐留,甚至吸引一些高級知識分子回巢發(fā)展。在這類人群中青年群體占絕大多數(shù),然而受各種因素的制約,大多數(shù)青年人傾向于小戶型住宅居住。但現(xiàn)觀鄭州當前小戶型空間設(shè)計較為滯后,不能滿足城市大跨步發(fā)展下,青年人工作及家庭結(jié)構(gòu)在過渡時期變化性的居住需求。2016年鄭州市首次確立兩個試點推行小戶型成品住宅發(fā)展,預(yù)計在未來5年內(nèi),成品住宅在新區(qū)達到全覆蓋。如此,政府緩解了大量裝修垃圾造成的環(huán)境污染問題,企業(yè)也在新時代背景下找到轉(zhuǎn)型契機,居住者也可以實現(xiàn)宜居設(shè)計的居住夢想。筆者在此背景下進行課題研究也更具現(xiàn)實意義。本課題以青年群體在過渡時期的需求為主。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷的方式,了解現(xiàn)階段鄭州青年的群體特征以及他們的居住現(xiàn)狀,整理歸納問卷所反饋的數(shù)據(jù)信息,用直觀的表格統(tǒng)計呈現(xiàn)調(diào)研結(jié)果。其次,本文還對設(shè)計原則進行歸納,并穿插典型案例,豐富本課題研究的理論和實踐基礎(chǔ)。最后以設(shè)計案例的形式作為研究成果呈現(xiàn),提出了筆者個人對過渡性小戶型空間的設(shè)計策略,以期對鄭州市小戶型成品住宅空間設(shè)計以及目標人群在實際空間的設(shè)計中提供一定的可行性參考,改善青年群體在過渡時期的居住環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Zhengzhou has developed vigorously with the rise of the Central Plains, and the economic development has entered into a new normal, which has promoted the presence of a large number of outstanding talents, and even attracted some senior intellectuals to return to the nest for development.In this kind of population, the youth group accounts for the majority. However, the majority of young people tend to live in small houses because of various factors.However, at present, the design of small hukou space in Zhengzhou is lagging behind, and it cannot meet the needs of the development of the city in a large span.In 2016, Zhengzhou City established two pilot projects to promote the development of small household finished housing, which is expected to reach full coverage in the new district within the next five years.In this way, the government alleviates the environmental pollution caused by a large number of decoration garbage, and the enterprises also find the opportunity of transformation under the new era background, and the residents can also realize the living dream of livable design.Under this background, the author carries on the subject research also to be more realistic significance.This subject is mainly about the needs of youth groups in the transitional period.Through the way of network questionnaire, we can understand the group characteristics of Zhengzhou youth and their living conditions at the present stage, sort out the feedback data information from the questionnaire, and present the survey results with intuitive table statistics.Secondly, this paper summarizes the design principles, and intersperses the typical cases to enrich the theoretical and practical basis of this research.Finally, taking the form of design case as the research result, the author puts forward the design strategy of the transitional small size space.In order to provide some feasible reference for the space design of the small Huxing residence and the design of the real space for the target population, and to improve the living environment of the youth group in the transitional period.
