基于SAP的整車銷售折扣返利系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的環(huán)境下,每個(gè)企業(yè)都十分注重自己的銷售情況,而銷量往往是一個(gè)企業(yè)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)來源。由于北京現(xiàn)代汽車有限公司每年的汽車銷量都在迅猛增長(zhǎng),原本完全依賴手工操作的銷售折扣返利計(jì)算方式已經(jīng)不能夠滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,也不利于公司及時(shí)查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)銷售及返利情況,更無法保障數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和存檔的安全性。在整個(gè)過程中,公司管理層不能有效地制定出相應(yīng)的政策應(yīng)對(duì)隨時(shí)變動(dòng)的市場(chǎng)需求及銷售情況。本論文根據(jù)北京現(xiàn)代汽車有限公司銷售折扣返利業(yè)務(wù)情況,利用SAP的多種開發(fā)及業(yè)務(wù)功能架構(gòu),開發(fā)一套以管理業(yè)務(wù)為主導(dǎo)、自動(dòng)化信息化程度較高的整車銷售折扣返利系統(tǒng)。本論文在整個(gè)銷售折扣返利系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上,使用先進(jìn)的業(yè)務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)價(jià)值管理理念,通過系統(tǒng)計(jì)算返利的方式將整車銷售折扣返利計(jì)算進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)返利的政策、金額的透明化管理;在開發(fā)技術(shù)上,本論文基于SAP Net Weaver的開發(fā)平臺(tái)并且遵循該平臺(tái)的開發(fā)代碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范,充分運(yùn)用SAP專有的開發(fā)工具ABAP編輯器(ABAP Editor)與ABAP數(shù)據(jù)字典(ABAP Dictionary),將批量創(chuàng)建修改主數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)等信息的工作,通過采用BDC技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)的安裝和使用都與SAP的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能操作無異,簡(jiǎn)單方便;本論文通過以上關(guān)鍵技術(shù)致力于將銷售折扣返利系統(tǒng)打造為SAP的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組件,系統(tǒng)采用可配置構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)和流程的配置,充分考慮系統(tǒng)兼容性和擴(kuò)展性,可面向不同行業(yè)客戶,因此將系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為三個(gè)模塊,分別為客戶主數(shù)據(jù)模塊、物料主數(shù)據(jù)模塊、返利計(jì)算管理模塊。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表、返利政策配置、返利提交狀態(tài)、返利結(jié)果處理等;本論文在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)后進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)階段和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,并在測(cè)試部分展示了成果,通過與SAP系統(tǒng)的SD模塊進(jìn)行無縫銜接,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化銷售財(cái)務(wù)處理,充分實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)共享。目前,本論文設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的整車銷售折扣返利系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)上線,運(yùn)行良好。系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化計(jì)算折扣及返利金額,以代替過去的手工計(jì)算,大大簡(jiǎn)化了以往繁雜的工作流程,有效提高了返利管理效率,獲得了業(yè)務(wù)部門的認(rèn)同,提高了資金使用效率,使得公司整體的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率大大提升。對(duì)返利數(shù)據(jù)的集中管理、統(tǒng)一維護(hù)和信息共享,給企業(yè)管理者提供了完整準(zhǔn)確的資金統(tǒng)計(jì)信息、為決策者提供有力的決策支持。
[Abstract]:In the modern market economy environment, each enterprise has become the focus of their sales, while sales are an important source of income of an enterprise. Because the Beijing Hyundai Motor Co's annual car sales are in rapid growth, totally dependent on manual operation of sales discount rebate calculation method has been unable to meet the growing needs of the business, but also the company is not conducive to the timely query, statistics and sales rebate, but can not guarantee the accuracy and safety of archived data. In the whole process, the management of the company can not effectively develop the market demand and sales of the corresponding policy to deal with the change at any time. This thesis according to the Beijing Hyundai Motor Co sales discount rebate business, using a variety of development and the business function of the structure of SAP, to develop a set of management to the business oriented, high degree of automation and information The vehicle sales discount rebate system. In this paper the entire sales discount rebate system business architecture design, the use of advanced business driven value management concept, through the system to calculate the rebates will vehicle sales discount rebate calculation and systematic management, the realization of the rebate policy, transparent management of value in the development of technology; this paper, based on SAP Net Weaver development platform and follow the development of this platform code standard, make full use of SAP's proprietary development tools ABAP editor (ABAP Editor) and ABAP (ABAP Dictionary), the data dictionary will create batch modify master data, business data and other information, by using BDC technology installation. And the use of the system and standard functions of SAP operation is simple and convenient; this paper is committed to the sales discount system for SAP back through the above key technology The standard module, system uses the design of configurable architecture, including data and process configuration, fully considering the system compatibility and scalability, can be for customers in different industries, so the system into three modules, respectively, the customer master data module, master data module, the rebate calculation management module. In the detailed design process. The detailed design of the three modules of the database table, the rebate rebate policy configuration, submit state, rebate result processing; the system realization and system test in the detailed design, and in the test part shows the results of the seamless connection through the SD module and SAP system, realizes the automation of sales financial processing the full realization of the data sharing. At present, the design and implementation of vehicle sales discount rebate system has been on the line, running well. The system of automatic calculation of discount or rebate amount, instead of The past manual calculation, greatly simplifies the complex work processes, improve the management efficiency of the rebate, business department approval, improve the efficiency in the use of funds, the company's overall operating efficiency is greatly improved. The centralized management of the rebate data, unified maintenance and information sharing, provide complete and accurate information on financial statistics for enterprise managers, provide powerful decision support for decision makers.
