【摘要】：中國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽(以下簡稱CBA聯(lián)賽)成立于1995年,如今已經成為中國職業(yè)體育聯(lián)賽當中最繁榮、職業(yè)化程度最高的聯(lián)賽之一,在亞洲籃球聯(lián)賽當中也久負盛名。從CBA聯(lián)賽成立的第一個賽季,由浙江中欣隊引進了CBA聯(lián)賽歷史上首位外援——米哈依爾·薩芬科夫。截至2017賽季,CBA聯(lián)賽引進外援已經有數(shù)百名之多。這其中除了眾多歐美球員外,亞洲頂級球員的數(shù)量也在不斷增長,外援已經成為CBA聯(lián)賽不可或缺的重要組成部分,也發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。新疆廣匯飛虎俱樂部男子籃球隊(以下簡稱新疆廣匯男籃)創(chuàng)建于1999年,球隊于2002年由甲B聯(lián)賽升入CBA聯(lián)賽,至今已經參加了15個賽季的CBA聯(lián)賽,在這15個賽季中,球隊拿到過一次聯(lián)賽冠軍、四次聯(lián)賽亞軍。在進入CBA聯(lián)賽的第一年,新疆廣匯男籃就引進并使用外援,球隊在外援的引進上一直堅持大手筆操作,外援工資與名氣都冠絕CBA聯(lián)賽。諸如2001年NBA狀元肯揚·馬丁、前NBA新澤西籃網隊首發(fā)大前鋒安德雷·布拉切等等。這些年,新疆廣匯男籃引進的外援對球隊的貢獻巨大,但是球隊也因為外援問題出現(xiàn)過成績上的大幅波動,可見外援的引進也是一把“雙刃劍”。新疆廣匯男籃引進的這些外援實力都毋庸置疑,然而他們很多人在隊中并未打出身價,有些人雖然發(fā)揮出了自身實力,但并未能夠幫助球隊取得預期成績。這其中除了球員自身性格、文化差異、聯(lián)賽水平等等原因外,新疆廣匯俱樂部管理層和教練組在對外援的選擇、管理和使用上也有值得思考的地方。球隊過于依賴外援,因為外援影響成績的情況屢見不鮮。由于引進外援所帶來的各種問題也都值得深入思考并著手解決。本文運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、觀察法等四種研究方法,通過對CBA聯(lián)賽外援管理辦法、新疆廣匯男籃歷年引進外援情況、引進外援對新疆廣匯男籃的影響進行分析,得出以下結論:1.引進外援對新疆廣匯男籃的積極影響:⑴外援帶來先進歐美籃球理念,促進不同籃球風格交流;⑵外援提升球隊實力,爭取更好的聯(lián)賽名次;⑶增加比賽觀賞性、吸引更多觀眾、提高球隊知名度;⑷提高球隊球員間的競爭意識及訓練質量、技術水平。2.引進外援對新疆廣匯男籃的消極影響:⑴薪資過高,增加俱樂部經濟負擔;⑵“問題外援”增加俱樂部管理難度;⑶占用國內球員上場時間,影響國內球員提高;⑷對球隊技戰(zhàn)術、成績的影響。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League (hereinafter referred to as CBA League) was established in 1995. Now it has become one of the most prosperous and professional leagues in China's professional sports league. In the Asian Basketball League, too. From the first season of the CBA league, Zhejiang Zhongxin has introduced the first foreign aid in the history of the CBA League-Mihail Safenkov. As of the 2017 season, hundreds of foreign aid have been introduced into the CBA league. Among them, there are many European and American players. The number of top players in Asia is also growing, and foreign aid has become an integral part of the CBA league. The men's basketball team of Xinjiang Guanghui Flying Tiger Club was founded in 1999, and the team was promoted from the first and second leagues to the CBA league in 2002, and has participated in the CBA league for 15 seasons. In these 15 seasons, the team has won one league title and four league runners-up. In the first year of entering the CBA league, the Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team introduced and used foreign aid. Foreign aid salaries and fame are the highest in the CBA league. For example, 2001 NBA No. 1 Kenyon Martin, former NBA New Jersey Nets starting power forward Andre Brahce and so on. Over the years, the foreign aid introduced by Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team has made a huge contribution to the team. However, the team has also experienced substantial fluctuations in its performance because of the problem of foreign aid. It can be seen that the introduction of foreign aid is also a "double-edged sword." the strength of these foreign aid imported by the Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team is beyond doubt. However, many of them did not play their part in the team. Although some people have developed their own strength, they have not been able to help the team achieve the expected results. In addition to the players' own character, cultural differences, league level and other reasons, The management and coaching staff of Xinjiang Guanghui Club also have something to consider about the choice, management and use of foreign aid. The team is too dependent on foreign aid. Because the influence of foreign aid on performance is not uncommon. The problems brought about by the introduction of foreign aid are also worth further thinking and solving. This paper uses four research methods, such as literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, observation, etc. Through the CBA league league foreign aid management measures, Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team over the years introduced foreign aid situation, the introduction of foreign aid to the Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team analysis, Draw the following conclusion: 1.Introduction of foreign aid to Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team positive influence: 1 Foreign aid brings advanced European and American basketball concepts, promotes exchange of different basketball styles, promotes foreign aid to enhance team strength, and strives for a better league ranking to increase the appreciation of the match. Attracting more audience, raising the visibility of the team and raising the competitive consciousness and training quality among the players, the technical level .2. the negative impact of the introduction of foreign aid on the Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Basketball team is that the salary of: 1 is too high. To increase the economic burden of the club and increase the difficulty of club management, to increase the difficulty of club management, to occupy the playing time of the domestic players, and to influence the influence of the improvement of the domestic players on the team's technical and tactical skills and results.
