【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、知識(shí)資本化的新時(shí)代,世界范圍內(nèi)的科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,高等教育作為促進(jìn)科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化快速發(fā)展的有效手段,將會(huì)在21世紀(jì)日趨激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中承擔(dān)著重要使命。作為高層次高等教育的研究生教育在以上這種大環(huán)境下得到了迅猛的發(fā)展,招生規(guī)模逐年增加。體育學(xué)科研究生教育規(guī)模的急劇擴(kuò)張緩解了社會(huì)對(duì)高學(xué)歷體育人才的需求,但同時(shí)也使得體育研究生教育資源日趨緊張,部分體育院校和培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)因條件差異,體育研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量難以得到保障。就本文所研究的體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),“重理論,輕實(shí)踐”是其現(xiàn)存的主要問(wèn)題。如何改變目前體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)單位“重理論,輕實(shí)踐”的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,如何解決體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,以及如何解決學(xué)校培養(yǎng)的高素質(zhì)體育人才能夠滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)的需求問(wèn)題,是目前我們體育人所面臨的重要課題。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法對(duì)我國(guó)三類(lèi)(師范類(lèi)、體育類(lèi)、綜合類(lèi))招收體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生的部分高校(37所)就專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了比較分析。主要分析了我國(guó)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生招生院校的區(qū)域分布情況,以及專(zhuān)業(yè)技能對(duì)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生全面發(fā)展的重要性和必要性。針對(duì)三類(lèi)院校各自的培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),重點(diǎn)分析了構(gòu)成專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)體系的八大要素,區(qū)域分布、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、招生方式、培養(yǎng)途徑、學(xué)生自身、學(xué)生導(dǎo)師、場(chǎng)地設(shè)施及考核評(píng)價(jià)。以此來(lái)制定符合各類(lèi)院校實(shí)際情況及社會(huì)需求的體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)體系,以期為體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的改革發(fā)展提供切實(shí)可行的理論依據(jù)。主要得出以下結(jié)論：1.我國(guó)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)碩士研究生招生院校主要集中在華東、東北和華中地區(qū),存在一定地域差異,這種差異勢(shì)必會(huì)給高等教育學(xué)科自身的發(fā)展帶來(lái)不利影響。2.體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究生的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能是此專(zhuān)業(yè)人才技能的主要特色,是該專(zhuān)業(yè)研究生將來(lái)適應(yīng)體育教學(xué)、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練工作所必須具備的能力。3.體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究生的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)在不降低科研能力的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)對(duì)其專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng),應(yīng)將培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位為培養(yǎng)該專(zhuān)業(yè)的“應(yīng)用復(fù)合型人才”4.從構(gòu)成體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究生專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)體系的八個(gè)不同層面比較分析了三類(lèi)不同院校在專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)方面存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并在各層面上總結(jié)制定了一套較合理的培養(yǎng)策略。通過(guò)對(duì)這八個(gè)層面的分析,總結(jié)制定了符合社會(huì)和學(xué)生發(fā)展需求的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)體系。

The high level of the higher education postgraduate education in this environment has been rapid development, the scale of enrollment increased year by year. The rapid expansion of sports discipline graduate education scale to ease the social demand for higher education of sports talents, but also makes the sports postgraduate education resources become increasingly tense, some sports colleges and training institutions for conditions the difference of sports, can not guarantee the quality of postgraduate training. The professional physical education and training, "the theory and practice of light" is the main To the problem. How to change the current physical education and training master training units "theoretical research, current cultivation practice of light", how to solve the master'seducation professional skills training, and how to solve the high-quality sports talents training school to meet the needs of society, is an important task of our sports faced. This article uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis on China's three class (general normal, sports, physical education and training) part of colleges and universities to recruit graduate school (37) has carried on the comparative analysis on training of professional skills. The main analysis the regional distribution of postgraduate enrollment in colleges in China Physical Education and training master, and professional skills of graduate students is important and necessary to the comprehensive development of physical education and training master . aimed at developing the advantages and disadvantages of three types of institutions, the focus of analysis of the composition of the eight elements of professional skills training system, regional distribution, training objectives, training methods, students, students, student mentors, facilities and evaluation.
