我國城鎮(zhèn)化率對建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率的影響研究

【摘要】:城鎮(zhèn)化的本質(zhì)在于社會整體生活水平的提升和區(qū)域的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。城市綠地建設(shè)作為城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),其發(fā)展與居民生活、生態(tài)環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、空間集約等可持續(xù)發(fā)展內(nèi)容息息相關(guān),且收到了城鎮(zhèn)化從人口、土地、經(jīng)濟等多方面帶來的深刻影響。改革開放以來,伴隨城鎮(zhèn)化不斷推進以及社會經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展,我國城市綠地建設(shè)水平也大幅提升,因而,探明城鎮(zhèn)化水平對城市綠地建設(shè)水平的影響規(guī)律,對于把握城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展關(guān)鍵階段,推動我國城市綠地建設(shè)快速發(fā)展具有一定參考意義。本文選取建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率、城鎮(zhèn)化率分別表征城市綠地建設(shè)水平和城鎮(zhèn)化水平,分別采用1986—2014年全國時間序列數(shù)據(jù)、2005—2014年省際面板數(shù)據(jù)從20余年來城鎮(zhèn)化率與建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率時空演變關(guān)系入手,提出"倒U型"影響關(guān)系假說、并全面驗證假說,力求全面揭示我國城鎮(zhèn)化率對建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率的影響關(guān)系。研究主要結(jié)論有:(1)提出"兩率"的"倒U型"關(guān)系假說,即城鎮(zhèn)化率對建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率的影響力度呈現(xiàn)出先增強后逐漸減弱的整體趨勢。并將假說分為四個階段:影響力度微弱階段,影響力度增強階段,影響力度繼續(xù)增強并達到峰值,影響力度開始減弱并趨于平緩。(2)針對"倒U型"假說,分別進行統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)檢驗與計量分析檢驗。由統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),時間序列數(shù)據(jù)與省際面板數(shù)據(jù)所得出的散點圖與擬合線均驗證了我國城鎮(zhèn)化率對建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率提升的影響力度存在明顯的"倒U型"的線性關(guān)系。由計量檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn):從全國層面而言,我國大陸"兩率"關(guān)系正處于假說的第二階段,且城鎮(zhèn)化率每提升1%,拉動建成區(qū)綠化覆蓋率增加1.0682%,且當城鎮(zhèn)化率達到65%左右時,城鎮(zhèn)化率的影響力度將達到峰值,隨后出現(xiàn)減弱趨勢。從區(qū)域?qū)用娑?中部、西部影響力較強,東北影響力度一般,東部影響力較弱。(3)基于"倒U型"假說,提出四點發(fā)展對策建議:遵循演進規(guī)律,致力提升城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量水平;完善相關(guān)政策、確保城市綠地健康有序的發(fā)展;巧借關(guān)系預(yù)測,把握城市綠地發(fā)展黃金階段,分別包含了充分利用城鎮(zhèn)化對城市綠地建設(shè)的影響力度,以及積極探索快速城鎮(zhèn)化下內(nèi)涵式城市綠地發(fā)展模式兩個層面;立足區(qū)域現(xiàn)狀,探究差異化城市綠地發(fā)展道路,指在順應(yīng)非均衡化的"兩率"發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的前提下,實行具有區(qū)域差別化的城鎮(zhèn)化引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The essence of urbanization lies in the improvement of the overall living standard of the society and the sustainable development of the region. As an important link in the construction of urbanization, the urban green land construction, its development and residents' life, ecological environment, infrastructure, The content of sustainable development such as spatial intensive is closely related, and has received the profound influence of urbanization from many aspects of population, land, economy, etc. Since the reform and opening up, along with the continuous development of urbanization and the rapid development of social economy, The level of urban green space construction in our country has also been greatly improved. Therefore, to find out the law of the influence of urbanization level on the level of urban green space construction is important to grasp the key stage of urbanization development. It is of certain reference significance to promote the rapid development of urban green space construction in our country. In this paper, the green coverage rate and the urbanization rate of the constructed areas are selected to characterize the level of urban green space construction and the level of urbanization, respectively. Based on the national time series data of 1986-2014 and the inter-provincial panel data from 2005 to 2014, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of "inverted U-shaped" influence relation and verifies the hypothesis from the temporal and spatial evolution of urbanization rate and green coverage rate of the established areas in the past 20 years. The main conclusions of the study are: (1) the hypothesis of "inverted U type" relationship between "two rates" is put forward. That is, the effect of urbanization rate on the green coverage rate of the constructed areas shows the overall trend of first increasing and then gradually weakening, and the hypothesis is divided into four stages: the stage of weak influence and the stage of increasing influence. The influence intensity continues to increase and reach the peak, and the influence intensity begins to weaken and tends to be flat. (2) aiming at the "inverted U-shaped" hypothesis, the statistical data test and the econometric analysis test are carried out, respectively. The scattered plot and fitting line obtained from time series data and provincial panel data verify that there is an obvious linear relationship between urbanization rate and the improvement of green coverage in established areas. It was found that at the national level, The relationship between "two rates" in the mainland of China is in the second stage of hypothesis, and every increase in urbanization rate increases by 1.0682%, and when the urbanization rate reaches about 65%, the influence of urbanization rate will reach a peak. Then there is a weakening trend. From the regional level, the central and western regions have a strong influence, the northeast influence is general, and the eastern influence is weak. (3) based on the "inverted U" hypothesis, four development countermeasures are put forward: following the evolution law. To improve the quality of urbanization; to improve the relevant policies to ensure the healthy and orderly development of urban green space; to grasp the golden stage of urban green space development; It includes two levels: making full use of the influence of urbanization on the construction of urban green space, and actively exploring the development mode of urban green space in the context of rapid urbanization; based on the current situation of the region, the paper explores the road of development of differentiated urban green space. It refers to the urbanization guidance with regional differentiation under the premise of adapting to the current development situation of "two rates" of non-equalization.
