某型萬能式斷路器可靠性研究

【摘要】:萬能式斷路器是低壓配電系統(tǒng)中最重要的一種元器件,其功能是在低壓配電系統(tǒng)發(fā)生過流、短路、不平衡、過電壓、欠電壓等各種異常情況時能及時地將故障電路斷開,以保護整個配電回路和用電設備不被故障電流的動熱性能和介電性能所損壞。萬能式斷路器的可靠性對整個低壓配電系統(tǒng)的可靠運行來說非常重要,對其可靠性進行研究具有較高的社會價值和經(jīng)濟價值。本文根據(jù)該產(chǎn)品的相關標準和使用場合的相關要求分析其主要的失效模式,確定了可靠性考核指標為機械操作故障率與保護成功率。同時,根據(jù)某型號萬能式斷路器的故障統(tǒng)計結果,發(fā)現(xiàn)操作機構故障、抽屜座搖重問題和二次接線端子燒損是可靠性分析改進的重點,并對這三種主要失效模式進行了可靠性分析研究。本文確定了萬能式斷路器可靠性試驗方案,明確了試驗參數(shù)、試驗指標、試驗環(huán)境條件、試驗周期、試驗設備等。通過對萬能式斷路器工作原理的分析,分別從機械操作應力緯度、環(huán)境影響應力緯度、介電性能應力緯度三方面來確定了可靠性試驗方法,并將上述要求編制成可靠性測試規(guī)范,為改進和提高萬能式斷路器可靠性提供了依據(jù)。本文比較了多種萬能式斷路器可靠性測試設備。著重介紹了二次端子接通分斷能力可靠性試驗裝置原理和結構,利用上述試驗裝置進行了可靠性試驗,對試驗過程進行記錄和分析。通過對可靠性試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響產(chǎn)品可靠性的主要問題:操作機構拒分、抽屜座搖重和二次接線端子接通分斷能力不可靠。通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和分析,找出了提高可靠性的方法和措施。本文通過對某型號萬能式斷路器的可靠性研究,不僅提升了該型號產(chǎn)品的可靠性,實現(xiàn)了可靠性增長,而且編制了萬能式斷路器可靠性測試規(guī)范,為今后其它型號萬能式斷路器明確了可靠性測試的內(nèi)容和要求,使其更能滿足企業(yè)的要求。
[Abstract]:Universal circuit breaker is one of the most important components in low voltage distribution system. Its function is to break the fault circuit in time when over current, short circuit, unbalance, overvoltage, undervoltage and other abnormal conditions occur in low voltage distribution system. The reliability of the universal circuit breaker is very important for the reliable operation of the whole low voltage distribution system, in order to protect the whole distribution circuit and the electrical equipment from being damaged by the dynamic thermal and dielectric properties of the fault current. It is of high social and economic value to study its reliability. At the same time, according to the statistical results of the failure of a certain type of universal circuit breaker, the fault of the operating mechanism is found. The problem of shaking weight of drawer seat and the burning loss of secondary connection terminal are the key points of reliability analysis and improvement, and the reliability analysis of these three main failure modes is carried out. In this paper, the reliability test scheme of universal circuit breaker is determined, and the test parameters are defined. Test index, test environment condition, test period, test equipment, etc. By analyzing the working principle of universal circuit breaker, the stress latitude of mechanical operation and environment influence stress latitude, respectively, The reliability test method is determined from three aspects of dielectric properties stress latitude, and the above requirements are compiled into reliability test specifications. In this paper, the reliability test equipment of various universal circuit breakers is compared, and the principle and structure of reliability test device for secondary terminal switching capacity are introduced emphatically. The reliability test was carried out by using the above test device, and the test process was recorded and analyzed. Through the analysis of the reliability test data, the main problems affecting the reliability of the product were found: the operating mechanism refused to divide, The shaking weight of drawer seat and the breaking capacity of secondary connection terminal are not reliable. Through statistics and analysis of data, the methods and measures to improve reliability are found. The reliability of a certain type of universal circuit breaker is studied in this paper. It not only improves the reliability of this type of product and realizes the reliability growth, but also compiles the reliability test specification of the universal circuit breaker, and clarifies the content and requirements of the reliability test for other types of universal circuit breaker in the future. To make it more able to meet the requirements of the enterprise.
