【摘要】:近些年來,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,安全生產(chǎn)事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,安全生產(chǎn)環(huán)境不容樂觀。尾礦庫(kù)是金屬礦山企業(yè)的必要生產(chǎn)設(shè)施,但也是安全生產(chǎn)的重大危險(xiǎn)源之一,尾礦庫(kù)投產(chǎn)后一旦發(fā)生事故,就會(huì)給周圍的居民生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成巨大損失。保證尾礦庫(kù)運(yùn)行安全是尾礦庫(kù)管理的核心,本文根據(jù)白銀有色集團(tuán)股份有限公司對(duì)其尾礦庫(kù)安全管理和消除尾礦庫(kù)安全隱患的需要,結(jié)合國(guó)家安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督總局文件規(guī)定,設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了這套尾礦庫(kù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。論文首先介紹了項(xiàng)目的研究背景和意義,同時(shí)閱讀了一些國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外人員對(duì)尾礦庫(kù)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的研究近況。通過前期與白銀公司業(yè)主進(jìn)行溝通和交流,詳細(xì)分析了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)需求,編寫系統(tǒng)需求。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求,編寫系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計(jì),確定了系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)內(nèi)容和精度。再將系統(tǒng)總體方案設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分解,整理出系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方案,系統(tǒng)采用分級(jí)模塊化構(gòu)架,包括前端硬件采集系統(tǒng)和后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)管理中心。前端硬件采集系統(tǒng)分布在尾礦庫(kù)各個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)域內(nèi),通過串口服務(wù)器,用網(wǎng)線或光纖等方式,將各個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)傳送給數(shù)據(jù)管理中心;數(shù)據(jù)管理中心設(shè)在廠區(qū)機(jī)房,將前端采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)和解析,通過網(wǎng)頁(yè)訪問系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)展示、查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)等,對(duì)于超標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)在系統(tǒng)中彈出消息和發(fā)送短信進(jìn)行預(yù)警。論文還詳細(xì)闡述了監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備的類型和安裝位置,軟件的各個(gè)模塊的功能設(shè)計(jì)以及整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型。最終,系統(tǒng)完成了白銀尾礦庫(kù)的實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),并已交付白銀公司使用。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間軟硬件的聯(lián)調(diào),業(yè)主進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行和驗(yàn)收后的運(yùn)行表明,白銀尾礦庫(kù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、完整,視頻清晰,報(bào)表直觀,能對(duì)潛在的危險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行及時(shí)預(yù)警,保證了白銀尾礦庫(kù)的安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, accidents of safe production occur from time to time, and the safe production environment is not optimistic. The tailings reservoir is the necessary production facility for metal mining enterprises, but it is also one of the major dangerous sources of safety in production. Once the tailings reservoir is put into production, it will cause huge losses to the residents' lives and property safety. To ensure the operation safety of the tailings reservoir is the core of the tailings reservoir management. According to the needs of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd. for the safety management of its tailings reservoir and eliminating the hidden dangers of the tailing pond, this paper combines the documents of the State Administration of Safety production Supervision, This online monitoring and early warning system is designed and developed. Firstly, the research background and significance of the project are introduced. At the same time, some domestic and foreign personnel have read the recent research situation of tailing reservoir monitoring technology. Through the communication and communication with the owner of Baiyin Company in the early stage, the design requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and the system requirements are compiled according to the system requirements. The overall scheme design of the system is written, and the monitoring content and precision of the system are determined. Then, the overall scheme design of the system is decomposed, and the detailed design scheme of the system is sorted out. The system adopts a hierarchical modular framework. Including front-end hardware acquisition system and backstage data management center. The front-end hardware acquisition system is distributed in every monitoring area of tailings reservoir, through serial port server, using network cable or optical fiber, etc. The data management center is located in the computer room of the factory area, where the data collected by the front end are stored and analyzed, and the data are displayed, queried, counted and so on through the webpage access system. This paper also describes the type and installation location of the monitoring equipment, the function design of each module of the software, the data flow and database model of the whole system. The system has completed the design target of real-time on-line monitoring and early warning of Baiyin tailings reservoir, and has been delivered to Baiyin Company for use. After a period of time, the system has been combined with software and hardware, and the owner has run after trial operation and acceptance. The on-line monitoring and warning system of Baiyin tailings reservoir is stable, accurate, complete, clear video, intuitive report forms, can timely early warning of potential dangers, and ensures the safe and stable operation of Baiyin tailings reservoir.
